I took my car in for a new windshield and am very happy with the end product! There were some hiccups in communication on when I could pick up my car, but nothing major. I would highly recommend getting a quote and setting up your appointment online as there are often promos and coupons you can apply.

Took my car here to have the rear windshield replaced after it shattered while on the highway. Originally scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon at my house. No one ever showed up, and when I called towards the end of the 5 hour arrival window, I was told that they could not get ahold of the tech scheduled for repair.
On Monday, I called immediately after I got off of work (4:30), waited on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up as the shop was closed at this point.
I received a call/ voicemail from the manager while at work Tuesday that my afternoon appointment THAT DAY was canceled due to the tech getting injured while enroute, even though I had never scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I told the manager what had happened, and he was extremely apologetic and stated that it is his first week on the job. He scheduled me for an appointment on Thursday at the shop (earliest availability they had).
From then on, everything went fine, and they seem to have done a good job with the repair. Not to mention they took $100 off and installed the new wiper blade I had bought for no additional cost.
Hope things are looking up with the new manager, but I can’t justify a 5 star review given the communication issues/wasting 5 hours of my time on Saturday.

Windshield cracked from a rock and expanded a lot cause of going up to park city from down town slc. I put a claim through gieco, and they gave me a variety of vendors to fix the windshield. I made an appointment for 8 am but I got there a little early and they let me in and let me drop my car off early. They were done in max 2 hr, which was super nice.

Talon was really nice and made sure we were taken care of before we left. He even went and fix the wiring hanging from our dashcam!

Automation, convoluted, time waster. This review doesn't address the service or quality of work by this company as it was impossible to get that far unless you were willing to subject yourself to countless recorded messages and prompts. Even after cutting through all of that, to get to a "representative," the recording tells you that you have to go online to connect with an agent. By then, I had no desire to engage with this organization. Any company that makes it that difficult to connect just to make general in nature, but specific in context inquiries, certainly isn't concerned with customer service. Imagine how difficult it would be to connect to them if there was a problem with their work.

Absolutely horrendous service. Within 3 days I had water leaking into my car. The windshield was cracking and the customer service is terrible. Avoid this wretched place unless you want to throw your money away and pay for a windshield twice.
