Edit/Update: We did contact customer service before writing the review and we were told to contact a furniture medic for repairs or contact the purchasing department to purchase new ones.Terrible product. Both my sister and I have had several of their products and they have all started to break only a year or two after purchase. She was lucky enough to get replacements. I have a sectional from Ohana wicker furniture that I’ve had for 6 years and it’s uncovered with no shade. It still looks great and all the wicker links are intact. The RST table and chairs have been covered by a patio in full shade and barely made it 3 years before the wicker started to break. For several thousand dollars for advertised outdoor furniture that’s completely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and buy ohana instead.

Received damaged product, no customer service on the phone, they only provide email and no response yet. Very disappointing because I need to order Additional items to match what I already have and don't want to do that now. I did receive a email. I will update my review when I receive the replacements of damaged product. I am hopeful that I will receive replacements but have no confirmation of them being sent or the damaged product being picked up. I had ordered the Barcelo loungers last year from Nebraska furniture mart and had no issues.

The customer service at this company is awful! They do not answer the phone. They only respond via email…if they respond.I had ordered a patio set in May. It arrived at the shipping company damaged. I initial declined the shipment but customer service told me to accept it and they would send the damaged parts later. I arranged for the shipment to be delivered but it never came. Tried to call RST but as usual no one answered. I contacted the freight company and was told they sent it back and they would ship a new unit (based on instructions from Costco) I am not sure what connection there is between the companies. To date I have not heard from anyone regarding my order. Very poor customer service!

Terrible communication and customer service. Took payment for a product and said they were shipping. Took 3 emails and numerous unanswered phone calls to find out they weren't sending it and I had to ask for my money back

Great company. Customer service is super responsive and accommodating, even during their peak season. Quality durable outdoor furniture as well!!! Highly recommended.

We're super happy with RST Brands from sales to delivery. Appearance and quality are superior to other brands. One of the pieces was damaged in shipping, customer service was efficient and friendly, I just emailed them a quick picture(see below)of the damage and they processed a replacement. This is the second item we've purchased from RST Brands and have been happy with all of their products. Look, quality and durability. Oh and super easy to assemble, my teenager put it all together very quickly.

After posting a poor review on RST Brands last month for not backing up a defective fire table, a representative did contact me and agreed to replace the damaged fire table. I appreciate the fact that they acknowledged that there was a problem and took steps to rectify it.

Nearly a year ago we purchased 4 RST CANNES swivel chairs. Very happy with them. Recently we purchased the Cannes nine piece dining set to match the chairs. Very disappointed to find that the chairs and the cushions do not meet the dimensions on the RST website, and more importantly do not meet industry standards for the proportion of table to dining chair seat height. As soon as we sat down the very first time with our family, we all realized the chairs were too short. Being an Interior Designer I knew I had checked the specs carefully before ordering. Everything was standard. Sadly, it's the cushions that came that are 1 inch shorter than what is printed on the website. It's that 1 inch that throws a body off and makes one feel awkward when dining at the table. I contacted the company, sent them screenshots from their website, sent them the measurements of everything that came to me, giving them every opportunity to try to make this right but they would not. Other than this error, we do like the set and because they match our other outdoor furniture, we are having an upholster make new cushions for the eight dining chairs, to the tune of $450. Sadly, their "way to fix the problem" is to change the measurements on the RST website, but that will not correct the fact that the dining chair height to table dining height is out of standard proportion. They are just putting a Band-Aid on the problem so as not to feel responsible.

I purchased an outdoor patio set (Sota 5 piece) for my back yard, in an effort to create a cozy corner for sipping rosé and finally seeing friends again. Upon arrival, one of the poly-concrete tables was cracked. As we had already assembled the whole set , which is no easy feat with a toddler helping every step of the way (table was the last box to open)...I had no interest in taking the entire set back to Home Depot- which was where I purchased the set, and what Home Depot customer service requested (thanks again Home Depot, you really go above and beyond). So I reached out to rstbrands customer service. Ronni Tschudy immediately started a case to get a new table sent to me. She was speedy, kind, and had great communication. A new table is on the way, and the patio furniture is otherwise fantastic!

I bought the Portifino 10 ft umbrella for our backyard and absolutely love it. Unfortunately there was an extremely windy day with extreme wind gusts which ended up damaging my umbrella. I didn't have a cover on it so one of ribs broke off. There was no way to fix it myself so I emailed their customer service. Dan was the person that helped me from customer service. He was so helpful and thankfully I was able to get it fixed. This company has amazing customer service which I am so appreciative of. He actually cared about my situation and really wanted to help me. Thank you Dan! I love the umbrella again and always keep it covered now when not in use. It works great.

RST Brands Jesse Hill, Sales Executive was incredible.Responses were timely and informative.A complete proffesional, it was very encouraging to interact with Jesse, in today’s world of computer loopsthat never get you to sales or service.Impressive that RST brands is run in a family like atmosphere all with great product choices, prices and just to top it off, Sales Executives like Jesse Hill who treat a singular call the same as a corporate entity call. I would highly recommend RST brands for your outdoor patio furniture needs. I need to replace one cushion from a set but I’ve had for several years. I was able to find what I needed and make use of the customer support system that we’re both terrific.
