I've been here 3 times now and my clothes never get all the way dry after 30 minutes today though the your man I'm assuming an owner over herd me telling my husband the clothes weren't all the way dry and gave me a hand full of quarters. Thank u. But roses needs new dryers and I personally would give this place a 5 star

The staff is kind, the facility is tidy and well maintained. Prices are good.

Clean, which is surprisingly unusual for a laundromat and new, working machines.

Machines work well, not enough laundry carts or tables to fold clothes. Cramped and crowded.

I use to love this place. I'm really having a hard time wanting to continue to use the services here. This place has become a homeless hangout, it's dirty and I counted 8 washers out of order and a handful of dryers. The lint traps have not been cleaned and it takes so many coins to dry.

Very clean place, although it does have a weird smell. But overall a good place and I would come back!

Reminiscent of my San Fran days (1990s) with quarter laundry-mats. Most likely some similarities here at Rose (2013). Apart from being cleaner than many of those laundry mats were and having convenient parking.

I go out of my way passing other laundromats just to come to this one. It’s clean and well maintained. Nothing is ever broken or if it is not for much time at all. They have quarter machines, soda pop, arcade games. With loads of chairs, folding tables and laundry carts it’s easy to see why I come here. The driers are a bit on the slow side but I use medium heat for about an hour and it gets the job done. I think they have 2 sizes for washing and I use the smaller ones at 2.75 and they are done in about 24 minutes.

I started going there when I lived in my apartment where the old international embassy used to be in and I lived in the downing building and that's was close to my house so I went there but it's an old place it's great kind of real nostalgia there and nobody bothers you it's a good place to go do your laundry

The washes, that I noticed, started at $2.75 and the dryers started with $0.25. They had one vending machine for drinks, a quarter machine, detergent/misc. vending box in the corner. They have a single bathroom on site that isn't very well maintained. There is no air conditioning, don't go in the summer. The owner is very particular, I went back in to grab some extra quarters after we did laundry and he said if your laundry is done you can't get more quarters; he then pointed at the sign that said quarters for customers only.Guess I'm not a customer anymore.

It’s a chill environment. The gentleman who owns the place is always friendly. My clothes/bedsheets have been washed and dried well. It is kind of pricey but, we all have to pay the bills. I would recommend this laundry mat 100 percent.
