We were having trouble with our trailer rented through Uhaul and Katie came to our rescue! She met us at a tool store to help ensure we purchased the correct hitch attachment (because Uhaul instructed us to buy a different hitch). Then advocated for us with Uhaul explaining the trailer was broken and even followed us to the Uhaul store to ensure everything was resolved! She was so knowledgable and went above and beyond for us!

I had a flat tire because of a bad valve.
I called them and they said they would be out here in 45 minutes. Nearly 4 hours later they arrived. I had to supply them with power for their tools otherwise they couldn't have even TRIED to help me.
They said they could replace the valve right then and there but preferred I have someone else do it later. They spent almost 2 hours putting layer after layer of glue/adhesive and tape on the valve to cover up the leak which didnt work at all.
I guess they got tired of doing that and tried to fill up my tire with air but it would take any because of the leak that they couldn't fix still persisted. Asked me to pay before putting my tire back on my vehicle making me feel trapped in this situation. Then sent me off with a completely flat tire. I drove with my flat tire to Big O tires and they fixed it in 2 minutes. Worst experience I've had in a very long time, these guys should not be doing business. It would be ok if they didn't charge me because they couldn't help me at all but they charged $80 just for coming out which I understand but then charged for a heavy tire repair fee around $140. I hope I can get a refund. Should I take this to to small claims court for fraudulent business practice?

They answered my phone call when nobody did. Came here as soon as they could and got the problem solved. I highly recommend them.

Absolute tools that give you false arrival time. I got locked out of my car and when I called them and gave them my location they said 15 minutes. An hour later and still 15 minutes until I finally canceled and called someone else. Time wasters, don’t even bother with them or you’ll lose a lot of time.

Roadrunner was a great experience! I had a flat time late on a Sunday night, they not only changed my tire but also patched my original one. They were very friendly!

The dispatcher Terrance was very friendly and able to get all my info quickly, and when he said "30 minutes" he ment it. Katie came right away, even at 3 am. Fantastic service, for sure saving this number for the future!!

Unprofessional, inaccurate with timing and so many excuses with no accountability. I waited over 3 hours when I was told it would be done in an hour and a half. Don't mind the wait but I do mind being jerked around and then being hit with all these excuses that have nothing to do with the main issue. BE UPFRONT AND PROFESSIONAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS OR CHOOSE ANOTHER PROFESSION.

I locked my keys in my car so I looked up roadside assistance places. This was the second place I called, the first one said they would call my back to give me pricing and an ETA but never did so I went down the list and found Roadrunner Professional Roadside Solutions and I'm so glad I did. They said they would be there in 10 minutes and quoted a surprisingly low price. Katie was there in exactly 10 minutes, no joke! She was so great. She had my car door open so fast and then she even volunteered to crawl through my backseat to grab my keys out of my trunk where I left them. I really wasn't looking forward to that so I took her up on it and she did! I was back in my car, keys in hand in a matter of minutes! Katie turned a really stressful situation into a big relief for me. I'm so grateful. And I'm really glad I didn't sit around waiting for the other guys to call me back. I highly recommend using this roadside service for any issues you have. I'm so impressed I'm saving their number so I don't have to worry if something ever happens again because I already know who I will call and I know it won't break the bank. Katie also told me that they are a small family owned business, which I respect and I'm glad I can work with a small business like that. Thanks so so much to Katie and family. You guys are great and I'm so glad I called you. Thanks for saving me!11/6/2023I'm now adding to my review because I've just used Roadrunner Roadside Professional Solutions yet again. Not even 3 weeks ago I locked my keys in my trunk at Costco. Today I picked something up in my tire on my way to the office. All was well when I got to work but when I tried to go to lunch I discovered I had a flat. Luckily I knew just who to call though. I text Katie. She gave me pricing and options including if they could patch it or if they would need to go get me a new or used tire and put that on for me. If the tire wasn't able to be fixed. I told them to come on over and fix my tire. They were actually pretty busy today but she did make a point of getting there soon enough that they were able to have it all taken care of. Before I got off of work. They pulled a 2-in screw out of my back tire. Luckily they were able to patch the tire so I didn't have to worry about buying another tire. I also asked them to air up the rest of my tires so they would be even because I knew they were all a little low. My car was totally ready to go by the time I was off work. These guys have saved me twice now in recently weeks. And both times, they took the time to engage in conversation with me and educate me on some things that I wasn't aware of related to my car. I'm so grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for the save Katie, yet again. You guys are the best!Service: Car lockouts

My RV battery died and I needed a jump to get it going and my roadside plan sent Roadrunner. I was a little surprised to see an SUV rather than a tow truck, but once they got going they got right to it, got my RV going. And then stuck around to help figure out the error message that I was getting in the console and help put a charger on the RV. They were able to diagnose that there was something draining the battery once we got the charger on it that I should have the dealer take a look at. Throughout they were pleasant to deal with and I really appreciated the help and time they took when they could have just got it started and left, but they didn't they went the extra mile.Service: Battery service

Terrible company!!! Call/wait for anyone else- you will save a lot of time and headache! My daughter had a flat tire so I called around looking for a tow/roadside assistance company. They were the only ones I could get a hold of - should have been my first clue. They said they would be there in 35 min and it would cost $65. When they got there they sent me a bill for $72.64.The tech said that the stem was broken and that they would have to take the tire to their shop to fix it. I asked, "Can you just tow it to a tire shop?" Their response was, "Oh it will be much faster if we fix it and it will only take 2 hours." (This was at 7:46 pm).I asked, "How much it will cost" Their reply was $129. Again I asked for them to take it to a tire shop and just leave it there for the morning. At 9:18 Pm I received a bill for $149.35, I paid it thinking that they were done and that my daughter could pick up the car. My daughter waited up all night to get a notification that is was done, but nothing. I texted them at 11:41 pm and they texted back that the phone had died and they were still working on the valve.I texted them saying It would have been better to take it to a tire shop.I received a text at 2:20 am saying they will have it done first thing in the morning. And that this is still faster than a tow.7:23 am asked them if they were able to fix it?Tried to call at 8:24 am.My daughter finally got a text at 10:39 am (not first thing in the morning) stating that the car was done.Apologized for the "delay" and that they couldn't text us back because their phone was "lost"- how did they text me and tell me it was dead?By the time they put the tire back on the car my daughter had to walk to pick it up because her friends were working or in class, AND the car was dead!!ALSO the air pressure gauge is still on!!!IF they would have taken it to a tire shop -like I asked several times it would have cost $15!!!!Service: Tires

My experience with these guys was so absurd it's difficult to believe if I hadn't been there. Note that we called a company called The Mobile Tire Guys but it was Road Runner who answered. So if you call Mobile Tire Guys, this review applies as well. Their approach seems to be to promise they'll be there quickly so they get your business, and then they show up an hour or so later anyway, and then take hours to maybe actually fix your tire (or not). Read on...Blown out RV tire left us stranded on the side of the freeway. We waited more than an hour for them to show up, at which point they sat in their car for a smoke break without even making eye contact with us for another 10 minutes. Very poor communication skills overall. My first warning sign was that they showed up in a Hyundai Tucson. No truck! No trailer! A Hyundai Tucson. Pictures attached. After about an hour and a half they managed to remove one of the tires and then informed me that they had to take the blown tire back to their shop to put the new tire on the rim. I had assumed that roadside service meant "roadside service" and that they must be stashing the new tire and a compressor somewhere in their compact car. No. They had to drive back to their shop, about half an hour away, change the tire and return, so they said they'd be back in about an hour. Also, they can't take the other tire because -- wait for it -- there isn't enough room in the Hyundai to take two tires back to the shop.By this point it's early morning, maybe 1 or 2 am. So they left with the blown out tire and we waited for an hour. After two hours I started trying to get through to them with no response. After almost *three* hours waiting for them to return, with no communication from them at all, UHP showed up and I was able to text them that a highway patrol officer wanted to know where they were. They responded to that text immediately (surprise) and said they were leaving their shop right away. They then took about a half hour to get back to us. When they finally got back, after three hours of us sitting on the side of the freeway with no communication -- wait for it -- they didn't have the new tire on the rim!! They said their tire guy wasn't there at the shop and they couldn't get ahold of him. So what did they do for two hours?! Who freaking knows?! They they said they could maybe inflate the second tire on the blown side. So they removed that rim and then told me they needed to go find a gas station to try and inflate it. Really? At this point I was just aghast, and exhausted from waiting all night for nothing to happen, and hardly knew what to do. By the time they got back, with an uninflated tire, it was dawn and rush hour traffic on the freeway was amping up. I just had them put both bad tires back on the RV so we could get it off the jack and get rid of these clowns. In the end I was dealing with them for 11 (eleven!) [ELEVEN!] hours, and when they left, my RV was in exactly the same condition it was in when I first called them. At that point I had been awake all night long and all I wanted to do was get rid of these guys and find someone who could actually help me.After they left we called Utah Mobile Tire and they arrived in about an hour. Kevin showed up and single-handedly fixed both tires and had us on our way in 30 MINUTES! One guy. Half an hour. Of course he showed up with a truck, trailer, compressor, tools, etc. In the end the price tag for Utah Mobile Tire was actually less than the 11-hour failure provided by Road Runner.Seriously these guys were so bad as to be almost fraudulent. How can you flail about for 11 hours while an RV sits a couple feet off the white line on a busy freeway, calling yourself a mobile tire service while working out of the back of a Hyundai Tucson and failing to accomplish literally anything?! It boggles the mind.Services: Tires
