I highly recommend Rise4! The workouts are functional and diverse including everything from strength, cardio, mobility, stability, and active recovery. The schedule promotes more balance, by offering a few lower intensity classes, than a lot of comparable gyms that only provide high intensity workouts. Every day of the week has a different workout that gets repeated for 6 weeks. This makes it easy to see tangible progress if you attend consistently. The people at Rise4 are great too! The coaches are very knowledgeable and provide a lot of support and feedback on form. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is also a strong emphasis on cultivating a community as they host events outside of the gym and engage members in supporting charities.

Rise4 is not just a gym but a family. The community the team has built is incredible. You will see so many people chatting and catching up before class because we all care about one another. The workouts are A+. There is a thought out program in place to help you actually grow stronger, and let me tell you IT WORKS. I have worked out at many gyms and Rise is the first place where I have been able to actually notice a difference in my form, the amount I am lifting and my overall performance. Get your butt down to Rise4 and let's work out together!

Rise4 is amazing! Excellent trainers to guide you through each move to ensure no move is done wrong. Every trainers knowledge is so impressive. They explain things so well and ensure that that 45 minutes is worthwhile. I love going to this gym!

This place is GREAT! The coaches are individually and collectively professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There is NO encouragement to push yourself too much, and I haven’t seen or heard of anyone getting injured in the two months I’ve been regularly attending, which is why I’ve delayed joining a gym like this. The owners are fantastic! Why are you waiting long enough to read this review? Go now and sign up for classes!!

Some group fitness classes will motivate you to go harder, go faster, lift heavier, push yourself to hit those points, get that high score, or burn the most possible calories. Then there's Rise4. Here, you're going to learn the value of the movement - how to feel it, and how to get the most out of it. Maybe you'll need to go down in weight...or *gasp* slow it down. It might be a shock to the system. You might think you're not getting as much from these workouts as those wild HIIT classes you're used to, but I promise you, you are. And your knees are going to love you for it.

The BEST trainers in town. So kind, attentive and fun to be around. You can scale your workout to your level and feel fully supported by everyone. I was nervous about joining a gym after completing physical therapy for an injury. The team at Rise4 has been with me every step of the way. I'm stronger, more confident and actually look forward to working out!

I have never done this type of class before. They are great about correcting your form so you don't hurt yourself. They put a lot of emphasis on doing the exercise correctly, not quickly or too much weight. They have a great core of support and I am looking forward to going back for more.

Rise is the best! I have never been a gym person, but I love the difference I’ve seen in myself physically and mentally since going to Rise! Their coaches are so knowledgeable and make sure you do things correctly so you get the most out of it and don’t injure yourself. Love love love!!!! Thank you Rise!!!

Rise4 has built the best gym community. The coaches, owners, and front desk helpers are so friendly and welcoming. They really spend time investing in each individual that walks through the door. I’ve been going for about a year and it’s fun to see the improvement from their 6 week blocks. Each trainer pushes you and helps correct form, giving modifications for any injury’s. I highly recommend you try it out!

I love coming to Rise4 in the mornings! Mondays are the best and the worse. You get such an amazing workout to jump start your week. With goals that motivate and push you out of your comfort zone. On strength days it is so nice to slow things down and really focus on the movements you are doing. I love how every day of the week there is a different focus and they tell you what the goals are. It is also so nice to come and not need to plan out the workout the screens guide you and a coach is always there to check your form or push you since they really get to know you. Having Rise4 as a part of my routine has been so nice and I highly recommend you try it out!
