Not sure what happen, but the lady that quit and now back has the worst customer service, they should NOT have rehired her back, got to the store one min before 4pm on Saturday, called and told them I was coming this lady just started screaming we are closed we are closed, very rude and disrespectful, they really need to get rid of this person. I always try to be nice to these people in here as she is always complaining about how she hate working at restaurant depot, but she left and came back. Please fire this person or let this person is she quit. I really hope this is read by Sr. management, who can do something about this person. times are hard right now and we as restaurant owners are try hard to stay open, we take all kind of abuse at the restaurant some times, we really don't need it here when we come to shop. especially those of us that really try to go out our way and be nice to these employees, not all employees are like this person, but one apple really is spoiling the bunch. Some people just should not be in customer service, especially those that complain for being in customer service, my advise to this young lady is to at least try to take pride in your job and try to put yourself in the other persons show some times, being mean will only make your life miserable, try being nice and see how much pleasant life will be.

Bad customer service.today I went there at the cashier counter the cashier was very rude and he was yelling at us.he was young dark dark brown kid.i was asking something about my reciet but his respond was very rude

Poor management (HR lady) was super disrespectful, spoiled food the frozen meat I pulled off the shelf was rotten and stunk so bad and the cart pushers just sit there and watch while carts just sit scattered around the parking lot.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Completely ignorant management who thinks their bigoted views should be respected and reflected, absolutely not. They do not respect their workers rights and they do not deserve your money.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude.she even not knew what’s the customer service . We were there for delivery and she ignored us. And due to her we have to wait few hours more. Overall disappointed.

Absolutely disrespectful management, my heart goes out to the employees who have been discriminated against. Not planning on ever coming back here after learning of the reports of them firing employees that performed well but “made them uncomfortable”.

As trucker, is the worst place to delivery a load, you can spend 10 hours waiting to be unloaded.Is a mess the receiver team. Don't have management skills and common sense. Even if you are going to delivery just one pallet. the curious fact they have same behaviors by years and nobody do something to improve.I can't imagine the inventory issues that meaby they have....

I was a Hilo driver that started out at $17.30 as advertised for their night shift and It started out to be ok if you're a college student or in High school. However, issues arose when they mentioned that they had been overpaying me. they dropped my pay to $16.13 and garnished $185.00 per pay period intel i pay them back a $900.00 amount. They said that i drove wreckless with the hilo because I tapped it into a filing cabinet as I went to get waters. No damage or movement of the file cabinet at all. So they dropped my pay an additional dollar do to bias and emotional decision from management team. At this point they are just trying to have low head count at this station because who wants to work for less than 12 dollars an hour after taxes. I put in my two week notice and got another job immediately. They decided not to pay me at all for my final paycheck (more emotional decision from management). These guys don't care about employees at all. They say you can store use snacks if your hungry, but then threaten to write you up or terminate you the moment you do. There are some cool coworkers there just beadvise it is very felony, halfway house and micro managed environment. I felt like an inmate working here with such low class. You will literally have it better at mcdonalds don't waist your time. Because they have no problem waisting yours.

First time in and I must say I left impressed. Excellent selection of anything and everything I need for my next event.. Probably need to go back and spend more time to learn where everything is located,but I'll for sure be back..

As a customer since they were opened, I witnessed the decline in the customer service as well as the product quality. There is no management at all and the lady, Tammy, in the customer service has no idea what services are, when I was questioning the wrong charges on my receipt, she dealt with me impatiently and seemed that’s all my fault, unbelievable! That’s brought up another issue, pay attention to their price tag! I have problems with that quite often!

This place has the worst customer service of anywhere I've been. Cashier is just standing around staring and then finally saying oh are you ready? Are you just standing in line next to me with the cart waiting for someone? They constantly give you attitude they're always out of stock on staple items like salt. It sucks that restaurants have to deal with places like this to stay in business.

I think this place is overcharging for a lot of items. Their frozen stuff, like potstickers from the same brand and packaging almost doubled the price from the other wholesaler. Today I went there to check out a regular 40 pounds mountaire chicken breast which I would think it will be only like $80 the most, and then they told me that was $118 and it is $2.97 per pound. i tried to get a response about why this was charged so much , nobody care to answer. I went to other wholesaler and bought a 40 pounds chicken for $68….they really need to be careful about charging their customers, they will end up losing all of their business. I only went there because it’s located conveniently than other retailer and they always have a little bit of event so we don’t have to go multiple places. But it doesn’t justify the price they are charging almost doubled than the other wholesaler
