This store lives up to its name. We have made a number of purchases there and have always been pleased. So we went again looking for a office type chair. And with the help of the staff we got a winner. This store only sells quality items and the staff is very professional and helpful without being pushy. You cannot go wrong when you go to Relax the Back.

The store was clean and nicely organized. Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly helpful; with no hard-sale. They found the best value for our money to get the chairs with the features we wanted. We are so pleased with our purchase. We will happily go here again for a future purchase.

These guys took amazing care of me, got me the perfect office chair. Even let me borrow one of their own as mine was getting custom designed. They expedited shipping and deliveries for me at no charge. Really amazing people.

Met all my expectations and more. I purchased a $3,800 custom office chair form them because I work from home and have some hip and back issues from birth defects I was born with. The chair has been amazing so far and is a night and day difference from any previous office chair. They delivered and set it up. The chair was custom made and only took about 3-4 weeks from another country. Very satisfied with my purchase and would absolutely do business with them again. It's rare these days you can find any retail experience where you feel truly served and take care of. So glad these guys are in business. Service was second to none.

The people at Relax the Back were SO accommodating. My mom is over 90 years old, and has an exceptionally hard time finding a comfortable night's sleep. They have been so understanding and helpful. The delivery and set up was exceptional! They did a great job and spent time explaining the features of the chair to my mom. The chair itself, of course, is magical!

This store is just the BEST! We worked with the owner Matt to figure out what bed is best for us and he nailed it on the head. There are so many options out there, but working with Matt made it so much easier to figure out what was right for my wife and I. Made the entire process easy and delivered it within 2 days! Amazing!

The customer service and the products this store sells are wonderful! My husband and I have made a number of purchases over many years, and been thrilled with each of them, especially their lift chairs.
Shalomar, Kyle, and Matt always remember us, and have provided excellent & friendly customer service, follow-up care, and repairs when needed. Each of them has worked for this store for as long as I can remember over many years, which says a lot about this store.
I recently made a mistake, purchasing another lift chair from a medical supply company. The chair had lots of problems from the moment it was delivered. That company did not honorr the warranty. I returned it and purchased a much better and more comfortable one from Shalomar. Kyle and Matt delivered it and set it up the very next day.
I highly recommend this Relax the Back store, their products, and their caring attention to each of their customers. Their follow-up care is exceptional!

Excellent no pressure staff with in-depth knowledge of all options/pro and cons of each offering in the store. Went to the warehouse and delivered my chair to their store in his personal truck so I could take it home the same day.
