Im leaving this review because I super appreciate all the help Michelle gave me, it's hard for me to want to ask for help but she made me feel like a person and listened well and she was overall so nice and helpful. I'm not used to that, I've learned over the years to not expect that. So although I don't normally leave reviews I have to say this. She is amazing and she will take care of you and you can tell she cares. Highly recommend these people for your needs. This is a great company and we all should support it

Isaac Terry made my day today ! He went way and beyond on helping me repair my wheel after crying and feeling like I had no other solution. I’m here at the Dōterra convention with a injured ankle for my very first time, not knowing where or what todo. Thank you so much for making feel so special today ! I have rented mobility scooters from this place on my last few visits to Salt Lake City. The last time I rented one the scooter kept showing that it needed to be charged within an hour or two after starting out in the morning even though the scooter had been charging all night. I contacted Red Rock and they sent a person to look at the scooter immediately. It was determined that a loose wire was causing it to look like the scooter needed charging. RRMS was more than fair with compensating me for the inconvenience since there weren't any other scooters available to rent. This will always be my go to medical supply store when I visit SLC.

I receive my meds from here and they're amazing to work with ! They do same day delivery with no extra charge if you're in the area, or you have the option to pick up there as well. I haven't had any issues with them and it's been a pleasure to work with them.

Just wanted to take a second to thank the awesome team over at Red Rock Medical Supply in Salt Lake City! I recently had a major surgery and they made sure that I had a fancy walker delivered before my big day!I had so much peace of mind knowing that I was going to have everything I needed when I got home from the hospital!Thanks you guys! ❤️♥️

I would like to give a huge thank you to Michelle, Jeff and Isaac at Red Rock in Salt Lake. My husband has stage four bone cancer and has been having a hard time getting out bed. He called Michelle to talk to her about options, such as a medical bed, etc. She talked to Isaac for ideas and they came up with a hand rail that has been a game changer for for my husband. Then the same day, Jeff came to our house to install it for us. This was definitely a team effort and they all went of of their way to help us solve my husband’s problem. Thank you all so much! We love Red Rock and their team.
