Not only is John and the guys at red rock auto some of the best mechanics in the area, but they are honest and straight to the point. I've been a customer of red rock since I moved to Utah in 2010 and John has always been fair and honest to work with. I just recently brought in my new tacoma to discuss getting a new suspension after i was quoted 4k+ from other shops. I ended up paying 2800 at Red Rock.

Wonderful service. I was able to drop off my car as soon as they opened and they were able to fix it before the weekend. Great prices and they were able to fix everything.

These guys rock!!!! (Excuse the pun ?) seriously, though… I thought I wouldn’t get my car back for a week. They replaced my radiator and had it back to me same-day!!! I understand not every repair will happen in that time frame, but I’m still incredibly grateful. Dean was super communicative and patient (even though they were down one mechanic). These guys earned another returning customer today.

Came in there on short notice with a work truck that was too big for them. They still took the time to diagnose the issue. I was turned away by other shops. Real good shop here, very honest.

Had car trouble and had est from another business for $3,300 worth of repairs. Took to Red Rock for 2nd option. They tried a quick fix that didn't work (but at least tried). Ended up with a $600 repair. Made of from Utah home to NC. Thanks for the honest, quality repair. Saved us 3k!!!

Red Rock Auto is highly professional and understanding. They diagnosed my car in quick fashion and provided a diagnosis that would later prove correct. The owner is upright and takes care of his clients, and the other crew members are incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a trustworthy, reliable and forthcoming mechanic.

Contacted place for a question. Was told by John, to text my question and my Vin number to a different phone number and somebody would get back to me soon. I texted my info. No response. Waited couple days. Called back. Nobody has any text from me regarding my car. If you're gonna brag about how many years you're in the business, honor your customers in need. I feel being female,nobody wanted to give me time of day. Oh well, take my business elsewhere. Good day

Dean and John are a 1-2 punch of elite customer service. I dropped off my car with a sputtering engine the day before my original appointment and they had it repaired within 5 hours. They were very transparent, genuine, and the pricing is hard to beat. I’ll be back for future service on my vehicle.

I cannot say enough positive thing about this place!! In a world of ever increasingly shady mechanics this shop stays true to the integral fiber that our grandparents enjoyed. They are incredibly knowledgeable, fair in there pricing and honest with their work. You cannot go wrong with this shop. Thank you Dean and John!!!
