This place was very helpful and quick. They got my car back to me before expected because I needed it. They also wiped my windows and body, and vacuumed the inside of my car. Amazing customer service!

Had a great experience with the staff at Randalls.They were extremely communicative on timelines and delays we encountered (out of their control). They were very accommodating when I was unable to drop off my vehicle. Repairs were spotless and was wrapped up a week early.Everyone is extremely kind, including the office husky who enjoys lounging in the office.

Love this company! Ended up using them after I was rear-ended and they were recommended by my insurance. Not only did they beautifully fix the damage to my hatchback, but they also went and fixed the dented rims on my wheels so I can pop my hubcaps back on them. The best part? They did the wheels for free and without having to be asked. Super happy with my experience with them and highly recommend to others. :)

I had dropped by for a quote not too long ago and I had 2 other quotes, I had ask if they could also do a touch up with the repair on the damage side because the other quotes I have included that as well, the owner had told me he could do that and I told him to go ahead and order the parts but when I came in he told me he doesn’t remember that conversation and basically publicly embarrassed me in front of his worker saying it was not written on the quote and would charged $100 extra to get that done. It was very convenient for him to “forget” the conversation to his benefit. I went ahead with the fix because I didn’t want the hassle to go back to my insurance saying it would an extra $100. I am a business owner myself and integrity should be priority. I would not do business with people who doesn’t have integrity. I could of easily went with another person but I didn’t want the parts they order and the work they done get unpaid. I could of conveniently “forgot” my conversation about ordering the parts but I chose to not do that. Get everything in writing if you chose to do business with them because they could conveniently “forget” to their benefits.

Randall's Body Shop is fantastic! My insurance company sent me to them. The staff was friendly, and so was the office dog. And they were fast! They had my car ready and beautiful a week early! I definitely recommend Randall's.

Abysmal & Extremely Difficult To Work WithI used them for towing from an officer recommendation. David Wurtz badge number # 186. I was rear ended during an accident, and had officer Wurtz on the scene. After being towed by incident management off the road and to the granite school district, he informed me that the towing would be free of charge. I went to Randall's body shop for a tow and the charges for just an officer calling in was $175, this was minus the diesel charge, the admin charge & the storage charge, I was charged well over $300 for a tow. Which was an extreme headache to begin with.After my car got towed, I was informed by my insurance that they would be okay with paying for it, they wanted a digital invoice so they could pay the owner. The owner would not accept this and decided to be as difficult as physically possible. He informed me that the tow company that was picking it up had to pay for it, which was through my insurance. My car was held by the owners negligence and I am sure accumulated another charge because the tow company couldn't pick it up that day and stayed a night. He was also extremely disrespectful to my wife that walked in to finish up some paper work, while I was on the phone in my vehicle.I ended up talking to my insurance agent and playing a big back and forth game between the owner of the company and my agent. It took well over an hour doing so, and completely wasting my time after I had scheduled my car to be estimated for the damages at another auto place, and wasn't able to get a rental until my car was estimated for damages. By far the worst experience I have had in my entire life with any business.

Well we’ve had two cars go to this shop, the first one went their for about a month and even though they had poor customer service the car came out amazing which is all that matters. But the second car I sent here was a 1987 mustang it had prior paint work done to it, and they used this as an excuse to cut corners. (Example in picture is the tape job they did on rear quarter window) I worked at body shop full time for 2 years and know what the minimum on a fixing a wrecked car should be. Was extremely disappointed to have bad customer service and have my car turn out bad. They didn’t even color match it to one panel over like my body shop does every time to match the color as close as can be. Will never bring another car here again. My car is again three different ficking colors. Will give props to the shop for fixing the dent amazingly and being able to get car in early. They didn’t even take the trim off to paint the panel that was damagedService: Painting
