I ordered from them a couple days ago 6 quarts of Eneos 0w-20 Racing Street blend oil. When I got my oil today all I received was 1 bottle of Eneos Racing Street 0w-20 oil, and 5 regular Eneos Ow-20 bottles. They did not have the decency to cancel my order, and tell me they only had 1 bottle left in stock. This is the first and last time I buy through them .

I needed to make a return on a big purchase. Despite these other reviews, customer service was stellar. All of my emails were replied to in 24 hrs or less, on top of that they play cream as the hold music. My calls were always answered during business hours. They made the return happen within 10 days of me starting the process. Rally sport direct must have made shifted the focus to customer service.

There's a lot of negative feedback from the previous customers so it makes it uneasy for most people to order from RallySport Direct over the years. I've ordered my parts during the Black Friday sales. Both were sent at the same time, but 1 out of the 2 were delivered. Now, times during the holidays, small packages might tend to go missing or be delivered to the wrong location. Upon reaching out to RallySport Direct, I emailed their customer service rep "Alex" who has fully taken care of the issue with proof of the tracking and missing item. I manage to keep him posted on any updates and he follows up on the situation. It took a while for the issue to resolve due to the UPS claim investigation but in the end. The last order was delivered as promised. Overall, my experience with RallySport was great. I highly recommend reaching out to Alex or Melissa, as they are both great at helping with your concerns.

Part I was looking for was on back order through most shops, called Marcus who found it in their warehouse and within minutes I had the invoice in my inbox to pay. Super helpful and quick, plus great hold music (though I wasn’t on hold for more than a minute).

Have had a couple orders through RSD and they've been good on a recent one, few parts were wrong and set with the wrong fitment. After contacting Riley in their costumer service department all my issues were taken care of and I was informed on each step. Will definitely continue doing business with them.

I ain't ever had any issues with RSD... Everyone is cool there. Joshua specifically has made me feel warm n fuzzy before. Fyi if u create an account u can get points I find mine will be best used for 15% off there are exclusions so I will use mine with varis sideskirts when I can

Second time purchasing parts for my Car. This time a front end splitter . Part was perfect. Installation easy peasy and customer service spot on. As someone that's purchase from FT SPEED and others. Overall the experience was a winner.

I know things happen, when problems come up, you should fix it, no big deal. Well not with this company. These stool samples screwed up on a recent purchase, 1 of 2 expensive items was missing resulting in them stealing money from me. I contacted them and gave them a chance to fix it and even showed them physical proof and they still chose to deny it and refused to make it right, even tried blaming another company. Are you serious? What should have been an easy and simple fix, they turned into straight ignorance and denial, acting like nothing happened. First time customer and this is how they treat you. Beware of these thieving scammers!! Unfortunately, you have to give at least 1 star.

I have been doing business with RSD for years and there customer service WAS the reason I continued to do business with them. Just this year in 2022, I have had multiple issues with delayed and rude customer support. The latest one was the last straw: A part I ordered went bad under warranty. So, I reached out to RSD who said they could not help. So, I went to the manufacture directly who helped resolve the issue quickly... WEEKS LATER after my problem was fixed, RSD charges and bills me for a new part without my consent. I find out via email the next business day only to find out that they only communicate via email/chat now and cannot get anyone to address this issue in a timely manner.I recommend doing business elsewhere with actual people to help with customer service and warranties, unless you also want to be watching for random, unethical charges on your card...UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER:That would have been all fine if it was communicated to me beforehand. The last time I spoke to a customer service representative, I was told that they could not help me and our conversation ended - which is why I went to AEM directly. This would have been different if they communicated that they were going to work with me and to wait for a follow up regarding the warranty claim but that was not the case.

Update: A rep from Rallysport Direct reached out and was able to get a solution figured out. Flavio M. was great in helping me find a solution and get the issue resolved! After this experience, I would use Rallysport Direct again, and I'm glad everything was fixed quickly and professionallyExtremely poor customer service. I ordered a clutch kit that said it was in stock and ships within three days. Two weeks later, I still haven't received my clutch and have received no communication explaining why. Finally had to reach out by email, and was told I have to wait another week to receive my clutch, 3 weeks total. There was no "sorry for the inconvenience" or any attempt at making anything right.

The prices are not reflected automatically in CDN on the site for ppl viewing in Canada. And also the final price did not take into account the heavy import tax or whatever UPS deducted for transporting across the border (What is even the purpose of NAFTA?!?) It also sucks that the shipping is not cheaper considering it is FREE in the contiguous USA... I'm happy with the products themselves but I was naive & will be reconsidering ordering anything from the US in general in the future. I'll consider this purchase as a one-off premium gift for myself & my WRX as there's no point in trying to turn back all the expenses.
