Great Job done by RoBUS Mortgage. The team of James Mahler and Austin Griffin helped me get my Mortgage through even though the lender was a difficult lender. They followed up continuously on my behalf and were really good. Even after closing, there were some issues with setting up the monthly payments and James was really good at it. Had a very good experience with RoBus Mortgage. We only have had our house 7 months and I am a Veteran and it was an easy yes to lower our interest rate a whole point and saved us almost 200.00 on our monthly payments. Tyler Griffin was right on top of things even though it was tough during these times we are having because of people working from home he was persistent and got the job done...I would highly recommend RoBus Mortgage for your home refinancing needs.

We have used Jonathan and his team twice now. Once for a refinance and then to purchase a new home. And I will say I will never use anyone else ever again. Period. He is amazing!! He is completely available, takes the time to answer ALL your questions any time of day. In this crazy market he was quick to get us pre approval letters when we needed it. We closed in 18 days which was needed to secure a home. He is outstanding and I can’t recommend him enough!
