BUYER BEWARE! I spent $150 on coleus plants mid May and immediately took them home to transplant into pots. I gave them a little fertilizer to offset the transplant shock. I have carefully kept them watered since then. The weather has not been too cold, either. The plants have slowly been wilting. I took the pots back to Quality Flowers & Plants to speak with someone about what I might have done wrong or to ask why the plants are dying. I was told they have no one on hand who could offer any help. I asked if I could get an exchange or return on the plants or a refund, and I was told "no." The cashier I spoke with honestly seemed pretty clueless, to be honest, aside from saying "no."

There are all sorts of plants in different stages of growth at Quality Flowers & Plants! I found what I needed to fill my grow boxes. And the employees were helpful.

HUGE shoutout to Autumn Montanez and her flower knowledge! I went in there a few times now and honestly don’t have a clue what I’m looking for, mostly just given shopping lists and she’s been very helpful with finding all the flower needs I have. Customer service is top notch and very polite. Makes me wanna go spend all of my money at quality flowers for all my landscaping business needs. Obviously I’ll be returning again! If I could leave 10 stars I would! Go Autumn ?

I love this place! They have every kind of plant you could ever want. The people who work here are so nice and helpful. I love planting containers on my patio, but I really don’t know what I’m doing. Which plants go together, sun or shade, etc. Quality is staffed with people who know about plants! Prices are also great. Finally, checkout is so fast and efficient.

I’ve had amazing results with plants from Quality. Their Cannas are so much better and 1/2 the price of the big box store around the corner. I’ve stopped buying plants from anywhere else, and I really like supporting a local business.

We love Quality! This is our go to first stop when we're ready to plant our veggie garden. The prices on garden seedlings are phenomenal, and the plants are healthy and transfer well info our garden. There is a lot of variety and unique seedlings you can't find elsewhere (my favorite one they've started carrying is Patty Pan squash seedlings). The employees are always helpful, and I leave feeling like I've gotten a screaming deal on all of our seedlings for the garden. Don't forget to check out their herb section as well!

I have gott en my flower for my raised bed and pots for many years. The annuals and perennials have been more successful than the ones from the big box that are shipped in.

Love this place. Wonderful geraniums in the spring, gorgeous poinsettias in the fall. So lucky to have a place like this in the heart of the city. Shop local!
