Brant and Linsey were amazing. Linsey was so helpful, she was patient and professional all times. After my purchase I decide to go back to this location but I was going late, I called and Brant and the rest of the staff were super nice about it and decided to wait for me even if they were close already. Even if it was after closing time everyone was still being nice and friendly

So let start off with saying that Lindsey and Josh went above and beyond and helped me with getting my daughter a bed I was able to pick it up same day and take it home.
Unfortunately once I got home we realized that what had been marked as a twin was actually a Twin XL upon calling the store Josh told me just bring it back in and we will replace it for the actual twin. I wasn't able to pick up the correct bed myself but upon my parents coming and getting it Josh and Lindsey grabbed the incorrect one out of their car and put the correct one in it within less then 10 minutes
I cant praise these guys enough we have bought many items beds, frames, pillows, sheets, everything and I always ask for Lindsey or Josh they are knowledgeable, caring, personable, and just outright funny

Had a great experience here. Parker was very helpful in not only helping me find a bed but also find one for an amazing deal! He also went above and beyond and called me to check in about a pillow I wanted the next day. Definitely recommend this location.

Love the mattress, hate the company. The cover has a cheap zipper that normally breaks after one or two uses, this is something repeated often online. Unfortunately, they don't offer ANY replacements on covers, they only offer thin mattress protectors. So I guess I'll get one custom made? Why don't they carry these? One spill, your cat pees in your bed, you're done. You can't remove the cover cause the thin zipper WILL break

If you need a mattress go here. We bought a purple mattress 3 years ago and love it. We came back to the outlet today to replace the mattress in our spare bedroom. I can only sleep on a purple. The factory outlet is the place to go, you have so many price options. Brent was so helpful today and I went home with everything I needed and am so happy.

We went to the store because we heard they had factory second mattresses. We had some questions about what kind of defects they could be. They showed us all the possibilities and we discussed the edge support being off. We decided to go with the factory second mattress and are very happy with it. We honestly don’t know what the defect it has because the mattress sounds and feels normal. We are very happy with our purchase and with the customer service we received.
