I brought in a t-shirt with gum all over it, been washed & dried. It was CAKED on there. I was skeptical they’d be able to get it out, BUT THEY DID!! I was so impressed. I’ll always go back.

Peter and his entire Prompt Cleaners team always go above and beyond! I own an event production company and bring them all of the costuming that no one else knows what to do with. They are professional, fast, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

The crew did a great job with our comforter! The fella who helped me, a Greek man named Theodore I believe, is a great guy. Very friendly, very thorough, and gave me a $5 credit since it took a little longer than expected.

Peter and his crew are awesome people! Very friendly...and as the name of the business.. Prompt.. with the delivery of dry cleaned product. Also will go the extra mile to call you if there are delays. They're upgrading their equipment as well to increase efficiency too. Highly recommended business. They do great work! Much respect.

The trash in the parking lot, the broken/non-illuminated "OPEN" sign, and the blank "Operating Hours" sign on the front door provided ample reason for me to find another provider, but I was already there, suit in hand, so I tested the door to see if it was locked. When I found out that it wasn't, I entered the building. It took me a few seconds to get my bearings after walking through the door. The shabbiness of the building's parking lot and exterior served as a small warning but were wholly incapable of preparing me for the unmitigated disaster that is the interior of the business.A large, portable, evaporative cooling unit squatted on the unvacuumed floor to the right, pumping out warm air tinged with the cloyingly floral scent of the chemicals in use. All around me hung a jumbled assortment of clothing covered in thin, see-through plastic bags and strewn across a myriad of jerry-rigged lines.Nobody was behind what passed as a customer greeting counter, but I could see two pairs of legs in the distance between the clouds of plastic-clad clothing obscuring the dirty walls and windows.I waited patiently for a short time before meeting the eyes of the owner of one of the pairs of legs. I couldn't exactly make out what he said over the noise of the cooling unit and other whirring machines, but I understood his hand signals to mean he would be available to help me very soon.As he made his way over to the counter, I could see that his dark and thinning hair was drenched with sweat and slicked back from his forehead, so I wasn't surprised when he mentioned how hot it was. What did surprise me was that the next words out of his mouth were "I probably shouldn't say this because it might get me in trouble - I mean, you look like a bouncer or something - but I'm gonna say it anyway. I don't know if it's just the heat, or that our dumb president is in town, but it's been a bad day."I raised my eyebrows and simply said, "Oh?"He continued, "Yeah. I mean, like I said, I don't know your opinion and I probably shouldn't say it, but I really hate that guy." The expectant look on his face meant that he was hoping to hear his ignorant view parroted back to him. I was eager to disappoint."Well, I think he's a lot better than 45," I replied."Oh, not me," he said. "I really like the... the other... 45... guy. I mean, I understand that everybody has their own opinion, and to each their own, but I really think he did a good job.""Oof" was all I could manage before he continued."Yeah, I get that he didn't always say the right thing or talk very good sometimes," he said as I rolled my eyes, "but I really like his policies...""He's a criminal," I interjected."No. Well..." he began, "I guess we'll see," he concluded while sheepishly looking at my suit on the counter in front of him."Yeah, we will," I replied as I slid my suit off the counter and over my shoulder. "I'll be taking my business elsewhere," I said as I turned toward the door."Oh, uh... okay. Yeah, that's fine, man. Whatever you like.""Enjoy the rest of your night," I said as I stepped onto the sun-soaked sidewalk, determined to never return.**EDITED TO ADD**I guess I shouldn't be surprised to see that the owner (who took two months to reply) chose to post a lie by saying, "The described conversation did not occur."The conversation absolutely occurred. I posted about it contemporaneously on social media and have my Google Maps history tracking to offer as proof.

Terrible business. Dropped a suit off to get drycleaned monday, told me it would be done wednesday, showed up thursday and it still wasnt done. told me one more day. We agreed on 3pm. showed up at 3:30pm. still not done. blamed covid somehow and claimed that they originally said 4pm. Took them until 4 to get it done. then told me to never come back when I left with my suit. Again, terrible business. Never saw another customer in there throughout all of my interactions. probably for a reason.

I have a white western shirt I ordered for my husband. It came in a plastic bag and ended up tossed on a side table where my cup warmer sits, which turned on ther warmer and melted the bag into the shirt. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman I spoke with, buthe was very kind and honest. He told me in order to try to get the stain out of the shirt was going to be very labor intensive and expensive. I only paid $28 for the shirt, and it was going to cost $25 just to try to clean it, and they couldn't even guarantee the stain would come out. So, I ended up not using them, but just his honesty and friendliness, and detailed explanation of what had to be done was enough to warrant this review. They are definitely worth going to! Time to buy a new shirt. ?
