The ladies there were so welcoming and friendly. Having a pedicure and a manicure was great! I love how they took the time to care for my nails and made sure I was happy of the results! Thank you so much for such amazing experience and enjoyable time!

I brought friends here because I have only had good experiences the 3 times I’d been to this salon in the past. However, I was horrified during my pedicure when I looked down and saw my pedicurist peeling my nail back and pulling my ingrown nail out. It was so painful I asked him to stop, but he told me there was a piece left sticking out that would be painful so I had to let him finish. At this point I was bleeding. I figured I’d better let him get out whatever he had started so there wasn’t a broken portion of nail left digging into my foot at the level of my cuticle. A couple other employees were chastising him during all of this back and forth because I was evidently in pain and stressed out by the bleeding. I’ve also heard of people getting infections at nail salons and I was immediately worried. Well, this is my foot less than 24 hours later. It is super painful, red, and swollen. I tried to clean it when I got home last night to prevent this, but it seems as though the damage has been done. I’m really disappointed in my experience at Pro Nailz, and I’m pretty concerned for what comes next dealing with whatever he did to my toenail yesterday. I did not want to get my nail removed.

I have been going here for over ten years and have recommended them to many friends. Today I had the worst experience I have ever had. I want to cry. I go to be pampered and pay a lot of money to get a deluxe mani-pedi. Today I felt like I was being tortured, the leg massage was so lack luster and steps on the manicure were forgotten. I'm sorry if you don't like working with the public, get another job. I feel cheated.

I consulted with them one day before about a design I’m interested in and the person spoke to me endlessly about being able to.. the next day I went to have my nails done and it was the worst decision ever!! The acrylic was ill shaped and the polish was terrible in the end they didn’t even have the material to complete the design.. cuticles were never cleaned, I had nails that were longer than others and I was terribly disappointed!!
