Bad management and rude people,they closing at 3pm n the lady sitting in the office said come back at 3pm for check in , this is the bloody management n office staff hell . But the guy forklift driver he helped me out .. he unload me finally .. idk the name that guys but thanks alot to him …. Waiting from last 6 hrs

This place is a joke,,showed up only to sit at gate for 45 minutes to get a door,then the lady on the intercom had an attitude about the appointment then 5 people out in the yard to count a pallet of shingles ..the guy unload my truck was very nice though

Manager Tony She is really nice, she allow me to park over night there as i had delivery next morning.I had appointment at 10 am but they guys start unloading early, around 10 i was out of that place.

Worst place I have ever worked in my life. Totally unorganized, no warehouse experience from the DC manager (Tonya Day) what so ever, they have no idea where products are that they asked you to pull for customers when you radio asking for a location. The DC Manager Tonya Day was caught by myself right after the New Year weekend talking about me behind my back to another employee and had no idea I was standing right behind her listening to her. She totally has a bad attitude and shouldn't be in management period because to be talking about employee's behind there backs to another employee is disrespectful amongst other things. She has an attitude like she is above everyone else unless you are a female. I came in one morning early before my shift started to hear her talking down to the office manager because Tonya left early the day before and because a truck driver didn't like something about how a trailer was loaded she was jumping all over the office manager telling her that she should have called her so she could come back in and handle the (guy) herself. Most of the people that work at this location (total 9) don't like working for her. She talks down to employee's like they are beanth her, just not a happy lady to work for period. I would suggest to stay away working here you will regret it. This is why they can't keep good employee's and have a higher turnover rate of employee's than your local Walmart. Bad management equals bad work environment.

Management is a mess over here. They expect you to read their minds and know how things operate here. And after you ask questions - they call you rude. Ridiculous.One good and bad thing at the same time, they will take you ONLY on the time on your app. But no earlier no later. Unloading was pretty quick. 3 stars for it.

This company is a joke be prepared to wait 45min or more, they don’t answer the Will Call or the Driver call box. The DC manager Tonya is a horrible person to deal with unless your a woman she treats men like dirt beneath her feet! Power crazy maybe, feminist/misandrist most definitely!!

Delivery by appt. But I did arrive 1hr early and since another driver was late got assigned door. Unload was less than 1.5hrs. Check in is outside of gate. Under the PrimeSource sign. Use call box.

Check in at gate wirh PO# to gain access, at receiving door check in via intercom. Get door assignment, leave paperwork in back. Pull out on green, signed paperwork will be in back. Doesn't get much easier than this. Thanks!
