Was directed to Clint @ Premier by Ray Allen for tech support on an issue I was having with one of our squad cars. Clint went above and beyond helping me over several phone calls and several days to get the issue resolved! Very knowledgeable and professional. Wish our shop was not located half way across the united states because Premier Vehicle is definitely where our future squad cars would be getting outfitted!!Mike C.

Called these guys to ask if they do non-emergency vehicle equipment installation. Spoke with Jim who said they had a big backlog of police cars. I asked if I could schedule the installation of a dash camera and he basically said we don't schedule. Basically it sounds like if you are not a large police or government agency, they aren't interested in your business.

If you are looking for an excellent company that does things the right way, give PVI a call. I know Clint the owner and he takes great pride in every aspect of the business. He hires talented people that are skilled and passionate about the work they do.

This is an amazing place to get all your needs met for your fleet of vehicles. Even if it's just one or 20, this place can take care of your needs. Quality is worth the wait. There are other places to go, and once you do so, expect their install bids to increase once you agree for them to start the jobs. It was true about their Window tinter leaving and not fulfilling his job duties, he no longer works there and head been replaced by a far more reliable person. The builds that are done here do take longer, and you may realize this once you visit the shop,. On property over 100 builds to be done, at any given time, and builds do take some time, especially is the equipment is special ordered, or even back ordered. There are always going to be customers with high expectations. And there will be times when jobs become over due, delayed, or just plain not quoted on time.

Literally. The. Worst. Shop. Ever. I was told two weeks to get my vehicle in to their shop and then an additional three to four days for the install. Heard nothing at that 17/18 day mark. So I called. Was told they had not even pulled it in to their shop and that it would be an additional two weeks before they even got it in; plus the additional three to four days for the install. So I waited. Then, after the additional two weeks (almost the five week mark) I called. They took my number and said they would go check on the vehicle and call me back... never heard back from them. So, this morning at the seven week mark, I call again. They take my number, go check on my car, call me back finally and it's done! Woohoo... I can finally go pick it up, right? I'm told they just need an hour for final inspection. So an hour and a half later I head down, am told they are having trouble with it, but I'm right by their shop, so I stop by. I am told to give them about an hour and a half more. I call them two hours later and I am told their tint guy didn't put the tint on correctly and hasn't shown up for two weeks, so they have no tine guy now. As a result, they have already taken it down to another shop nearby and it should be done any minute now. 50 minutes later I receive a call back from them saying remember the shop we took it to, the tint guy went home for the day and now it won't be ready until the morning.
