I used Portabox to store my office furniture during the pandemic, and then to move into my new office. They have been easy to work with and affordable. I will definitely use them in the future.

If you are looking for a temporary storage solution for an affordable price, these guys are great. The pods were delivered on time and picked up on time. There were a few minor issues with one of the pod doors sticking but that could have been due to being placed on a slightly uneven surface (upon my request). Overall, I would definitely use PortaBox storage again.

They were very responsive and flexible with drop off and pick up. No issues with them storing the boxes, excellent communication. Jonathan was very helpful explaining the whole process.

I would recommend this company over the larger chain competitors. Super good and communicative customer service. Accommodating with drop off and pick up times . Made moving one of the least painful experiences I’ve had. Also super reasonable price, highly recommend!

Great local company with personal feel to every interaction. Best price around. Easy to work with. The smaller containers where much easier to work with and loved the option to take back any we didn’t use without charge. Took the pressure off. Overall great experience.

Have had a big portion of my belongings packed up for months during a remodel. Needed some things from my portaboxes midway and they made it really easy for me to go down and go through my containers. Very happy.

Portabox was stellar! They stored my items for two years and upon unpacking everything was in working order and exactly the way I’d left it (including my TV!). Their drop off and pick up service was easy and convenient as well! Love them, would highly recommend!!

This company is worth it’s weight in gold. I have never experienced such professionalism from any other company, let alone one in Utah.
Starting from my first phone call full of inquiries I was met with an exceptional level of patience. This is my first experience ever storing all my things, and so it was a bit nerve racking.
However, Jason answered all my questions and got me set up for business.
My boxes were delivered on time by braiden who was equally as professional.
I needed more time to fill the boxes so I called and left a message about it and was promptly contacted back setting up a new day and time that worked for me.
My boxes were picked up as scheduled. After that I had some follow up questions and called and was met with yet another professional named John, the operator of the company.
I am super grateful to all of you guys for handling my requests with such grace. I feel confident that if I have any issues in the future any one of you will be as helpful as any of you have been throughout this process. Thank you sooo much. I will be referring others in need as well.
