Homeless people around, more than 20 people ahead for a shower, that means more than 2 hours waiting to get a shower. The people is working to charge you for a parking spot or kick you out, 90% of the Parking Spots are Reserve Parking. Good Luck dealing with these Staff.

Waiting on a shower for over an hr and thirty-five minutes, as well as 13-16 other drivers. Staff seems to have no sense of urgency, of rectification. Shower cleaning personnel, should not be allowed to go break without getting showers to standard. But was allowed to go on a 30 break, that seems to have taken 45min. or more. We as drivers spend to much money at these truck stops, and this Company to be this inconvenience and showed such lack of consideration! If this staff doesn’t want to perform their duties, get people that do! Simple! And let’s be completely transparent, it’s not like they really clean these showers to standard anyway. They wipe down the counters, take a towel and dry the shower floors, and run a mop over the floor. Put in towels and that’s it! But this what drivers have to deal with, being treated less than humans. Presently, I’m Among 19 other drivers waiting on a shower!
11:00 just getting a shower. Maybe if dude cut that BS he listening too calling it hip hop. Maybe he can get something done! Got here at 8:30pm

The showers are never cleaned waiting time 2 to 3 hours for your turn and the manager is not interested they charge 17 dollars and they do not have staff in the showers very bad service

I don't understand why they tell van drivers to park in the truck parking lot. After all, everyone knows that there are never enough parking spaces for trucks.

Arrived at 0430 looking for looking for my reserved parking spot, and upon circling the property without an empty spot to be seen, I passed the security guard sitting the back playing on his phone. I went in to request a refund and asked why they don't enforce parking. The security guard was called, and upon questioning him to move non-paying trucks to actually enforce parking, I was asked to leave the property. Staff inside was polite, but the security guard was useless and would rather kick people off the property instead of do his job. Will not be returning.

Ugly Pilot!!! We waited 3 hours for a shower, although there were free showers. There are no parking spaces and they are kicking you out of reserved spaces; they do not accept payment, although the space is free. According to the application, there are no available spaces. It is better not to come here, not even to wash, and especially not to the parking lot.

Came in here, took a shower shower very disgusting and filthy, on top of that went to go buy something. Lady didn’t greet me. Looked at me with a attitude. Her name is Duran not too quality of a place.
