“Hello I've never been to the pharmacy but the reason why I'm writing this review is to say thank you so so much for doing something about the prices of prescriptions. I just got done reading an article about you all meeting with law makers to make a difference. The prices are getting ridiculous for medications and I thought it had something to do with inflation.”
“I've had a lot of trouble with the scan and fuel as I don't have an actual physical card just the app on my phone. It's made it difficult and put fraud alerts on our debit cards. Also they put a hold on any card you use and different amounts depending on who you bank with. I need a physical card so I can insert, unlock the pump and pump my gas. I pay for a membership. But at the salt location I was told they don't give physical copies of member cards anymore???? That makes it really difficult for people that have no idea what a QR code is and how to do it by themselves. Luckily the attendants there have been nice enough to help us! But thanks for the good gas prices!”

“This store is a delightful experience. It is always super clean. OK let's get serious now. I have never tried the cafe foor upstairs. The Post Office is a wonderful convenience. I don't buy prepared foods, but they look pretty ordinary to me. The breads from the bakery are just ok. They need to find a new seafood manager or a better supplier. The selection is good, but the fish is usually a bit soggy (old). Theh best fish store in Utah is Aquarius, period. The selection and quality of meat is very good. The quality of vegetables is very good, but the selection is minimal. $3.49 for a single organic pepper? In summary, this store is a great addition for Salt Lake City. It's a bit pricey, but you do get what you pay for. One more thing. Offering freshly made pasta is a great idea, but Harmons' is truly dreadful. They need to find a new recipe and to use semolina and eggs.”
“The urgent care at this facility is top notch. I came first thing when they opened on a Sunday, and everybody was friendly, efficient, and empathetic. There is a pharmacy in the building as well, who worked quickly to get my medication prepared so that it could have been picked up right after I walked out of the urgent care door. The facilities are clean, parking is plentiful, and I can certainly trust everyone that I talked to during my whole visit.”

“I had the best experience with Angie in the pharmacy I was having a ton of issues trying to get my test claim to go through I called Caremark and they kept on saying everything was ok I even talked to the pharmacist she has an accent she was really really rude pretty much hung up on me all she had to do is call the help desk but she wouldn’t Angie went above and beyond she has helped me a few times she is always a kind person it’s hard when you are sick and you need medication and you have to deal with rude workers sometimes all it takes is let me help you or try to be kind I work in the medical field I make sure my patients are taken care of even if I have to do extra work thank you again Angie you really made my day ?”

I have never had a problem with out of stock medication so there's never been the hassle of waiting for more when order comes in or going back. I also like the opportunity to support a personally run pharmacy vs the large businesses. It adds a personal touch the others can lack. I definitely recommend getting to know these great guys.”

“I wish I could give 100 stars. The medication that I take I have been treated awful by pharmacies. I used to be with IHC pharmacy and then they closed them all. I had been humiliated there numerous times and treated awful because of my medication. When I needed to find a new place I called around and many wouldn't even accept me as a client because of meds. I called here and was treated amazing and still am. Before with IHC I was often told it would be 5 to 6 hours or the next day because they forgot to order my meds. I started calling in days before to remind them as they instructed me to do and it still kept happening. I was told they refused to fill my medication one time because 30 days wasn't until the next day even though my insurance and Doctor had authorized it for that day. I was leaving town and had to cancel my flight. I even showed them my itinerary. I was told the higher ups told them to do that with certain medications. I was made to feel like an addict in front of other clients. I left there one day crying because I was so humiliated. When I called and talked to the head of pharmacies they told me she did nothing wrong. I am so glad I found this place. The pharmacist is amazing and very nice. He has some amazing items for sale too like nutcracker and I found my favorite lotion there as well. I highly recommend.”

“Told a 45 min wait for a prescription that was called in because when I showed up they handle the queue in order of arrival. They should have a mechanism to put people that are waiting in person in a different queue so we aren’t waiting behind people that won’t show up for hours or days to pick up their scripts.I did ask them to talk to the pharmacist and tell them I was waiting. They filled the script in 15.”
“This program was a game changer in the most positive of ways for our teen daughter. We sat on the decision for almost a year but once we made the decision, as difficult as it was it was one of the best therapeutic decisions we've made in years. The doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and the entire staff and admin team were all helpful, communicative, professional, and supportive. We were finally able to get a diagnosis, treatment plan, and medications sorted (our child left on fewer meds than she went in). Family therapy was also extremely helpful for us. If your child has struggled and/or made little progress in their therapeutic and mental health journey and you are at loose ends of how to proceed I would highly consider the program.”

My Dr. had explained that it would really help the multiple issues and pain related to my MS, but has taken a long time to decide to pursue it.I met with Victoria the Pharmacist and she sat with me and my sister. She explained different compounds of the plant, how different ratios can be combined to help with a persons medical issues. She took the time to get to know me and understand my problems before creating a schedule and plan for my treatment. By the time I left, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I left without any anxiety or worry and felt very confident that what we decided on was the right plan for me. Thank you Victoria!”
