This place is the best, love the taco truck in the parking lot and the variety of stuff in the shop. The staff have always been respectful and the snacks are always stocked.

I will never go to this store again. I been going to it since I was a kid. Hadn't been for a while. I was going to buy something and the lady at the register told me I couldn't just buy something that was a dollar. Which wasn't even my intention at all. The fact that she treated me like the normal customer the trashy store has offended me. Your store is dirty and smells like piss, you have homeless people that loiter in your parking lot accosting people for change. Let alone your parking lot is filled with garbage. No wonder the average person passes your store for the next. So I left and spent the twenty dollars on snacks for my daughter at 7/11.

If you’re looking for good service and friendly staff this is the place that you should go. The people who run the store are very nice and give you the best time; Getting what you want in the store and beyond. Not to mention the Taco-Stand outside that tastes great!!

I would like to say pennywise is by far the best store in salt lake city. It is a family run store that cares about there clients.making sure we get what we need w/ excellent customer service.i will stay coming back to support them.

Pennywise is by far the best go to store on my side of town . The atmosphere is energetic and they are consistent with keeping their shelves stocked....which brings me coming back.

I've been working at the store for the last 4 months and I've seen a lot of changes in the store since I started originally it seemed that they were a lot of people that would spend time here outside the store doing things that may not be considered a good activity some of them are panhandler somewhere homeless either way it was uncomfortable for customers. Onkar the owner and his family have made some real positive changes in the last couple months as they've hired a security company to be here day and night which is a real Plus as the change has been positive for the customers that live in the neighborhood and it just overall seems like a more professional place of business and I wouldn't have a problem bringing any family member here to do their shopping. I give five stars for the effort that's been put in to making this store a place to be proud of

Met the son of the owner at another store where a shopper in front of me bailed on their 50$ tab. He stepped in immediately and covered it without question. Seems like a great family and an amazing son and I'll be checking out the store soon!
