Not an outlet. Drove out of our way to shop here only to find it’s a regular Patagonia store.
I’m confident “Outlet” is used in the name to draw people in.
If you’re looking for Patagonia gear, I try a few surrounding shops or look online.

I stop by this store every so often and every time i have been there, the staff has always been friendly and at least one person has greeted me each time or asked if i need help, but this last time i went in was the opposite experience.
This was the first time i have been in since the remodel and the layout of the store was confusing and not well marked, which would have been okay if someone asked if i needed help and showed me where things were but the two guys working behind the register didn't even break their conversation about climbing when i walked in. I walked around the store twice before i found the section i was looking for and there were a couple other employees at different sections of the store too but no one even addressed me as i walked around confused. Once i found the section i was looking for, there was about half as much product as before the remodel. I get it that the selection of outlet items will fluctuate, but this was about half as much outlet product as before. Just in general, the store has a bigger footprint but has less product.
I definietly will be shopping here less because of this recent experience.

The web page advertised discounted products but those same products were either absent or full price besides not that much choice in the store.

The price difference doesn't seem to be much compared to regular malls, but it is very advantageous if you come early in the morning or when there is a special sale.
There are not many people and you can enjoy the sights comfortably.

**Review for Patagonia Store in SLC**
I had an amazing experience with the Patagonia store in SLC, all thanks to Grace. She went above and beyond to help me track down a specific product I was looking for. Not only did she find it, but she also offered to have it shipped to me for free. Grace even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything went smoothly. Her customer service was EXCELLENT! Patagonia, pay this girl more—she's an absolute keeper!

We came because we saw good reviews. At least 75 percent of stores is regular price, only about 20-25 percent is sale or final sale (off season with additional discounts) discount sizes are very limited unless you are xs, s or xxl

Lots of options that rotate. Some prices can be a good deal. Sometimes it seems the prices aren’t a good sale. Just hit or miss. Take damaged clothing here to get mended!

An outlet store should be where they sell their products at a discounted price. This is a normal shop selling Patagonia goods at their normal price. No discounts except a small rack at the back of the shop with three fleeces and a pair of shorts. We drove here believing we’d be visiting an outlet store. Very disappointed to find it’s not one at all ???
