I went in today to have my grandmother’s ring looked at to see if it could be used as an engagement ring. I’m assuming it was Bruce that helped me based on the certificates on the wall, but I should have asked his name. He was so friendly and clearly an expert. He tested the stones and explained how the ring could be resized and replated to get back to wearable shape. He helped me find the correct size for my ring by observing me with the sizers, even offering to do a custom size, 4.25. He didn’t make me feel weird that it’s “costume jewelry” and I have full confidence he will treat it with care. When we want to upgrade the stone in the middle, we will definitely go back to him!

The best! The folks at Passey & Son did a great job resizing a gold ring for me for only $45. Great service, quick turnaround, and the ring turned out perfect! Highly recommend - I will be back for all my jewelry needs.

Absolutely the most customer friendly jewelry shop I have ever been to. And the benefits do not stop there! The prices reflect just how much this shop cares about it's customers. After doing some comparative research, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they beat competitive shops that provide the same exact services for much lower rates in some cases beating the other jewelery stores by anywhere from 30 to 60 percent less than other places. As far as I am concerned, there is no need to go anywhere else for any jewelry needs I may have!! Super happy with this business!!

This jeweler took my engagement ring for 4 days, did an absolutely amateurish job of resizing it and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount! After I pointed out his poor work, he refused to fix the problem, I’m guessing because it was beyond his skill set.Took the ring to OC Tanner who did a professional job for less money.Avoid

I got my ring and wedding band sized down and saved $60 by not going to other big jewelry companies. plus it took half the time it would’ve elsewhere! i got them back in only a week and it looked shinier than before. Not to mention kind and helpful employees. 10/10 would recommend

Got my wedding and engagement rings here. My wife loves them and everyone is always giving her compliments for how beautiful they are. She specially loves that it is one of a kind because Passey and son make custom jewelry. Everyone thinks it cost me a fortune but it was very affordable

They are the best! Been going there for YEARS! They check my jewelry annually, making sure no loose prongs or stones or kinks in chains. This is free service. They don't have a lot of jewelry there, but what they do have is very nice. These are nice people, a family-owned business, just doing their job. Very friendly. Specialize in custom pieces. It's always a nice experience going there.
