My wife’s car battery died in the middle of the day. She was able to get it jump started and then had to go to a meeting. She swung by this store for a new battery. The worker told her that he couldn’t help her change the battery because of some computer issue that he needed a tool for. I told her it sounded like a lame excuse, and I was right. I changed the battery myself, turned the steering wheel to both sides a couple of times and all the lights went off on her car. I know good help is hard to find, but I felt it was pretty low not to help someone in need.
