Dropped my rotors off to be turned days ago, and each evening when I stop by to pick them up, nobody has touched them. Finally on day 3 they called me to tell me they are too thin. I happen to know that's a not correct because I own precision measuring tools and I also know the specs for these rotors. They are currently 10mm wide and the minimum spec is 8.5mm. Sucks that they took 3 days to get around to looking at them. I could've had this project done days ago if they had communicated with me.

I tried to call 30 minutes before close cuz a close friend of mine needed help with his car and I wanted to see if they had that part in stock but they hung up on me smfh ??♂️

David was very helpful and patient with us finding our parts, along with the Hispanic woman who works there who is very knowledgeable with how car parts work... We needed a part they didn't have in stock but they had it delivered the next day for us which made us very happy! Thanks to all of you there! Would highly recommend this place for anyone needing help with your auto parts needs!?
