They can’t seem to keep the heavy duty truck oil in stock, so I might pop in for a filter every so often. Not a great store, but not a bad one, from my experiences.

They had the product I needed (windshield crack kit). The worker was friendly and helpful with finding it quickly. He also offered advice on how to apply it.

Second time I have been to this location. Three or maybe four employees one walked away as I was approaching.I stood there as he seemed to be coming out. Not sure but, something was more important in the back.Unsure of if he was coming back, I left my wiper, oil, and washer fluid on the counter if they don't want to sell it to me, they can figure out where to put itI have one suggestion as to where.

I would like to say Nayeli is the best at what she does! She has the best customer service and she knows her parts and she is very attentive and fast. There is nobody I will talk to in the store but her because only she can take care of u. Thank u for all u do for us much love from all of us here at J & B AutoBody ❤️

During a weekend get away our car alternator went out and so because nothing is open on Sunday to fix it and we were due to be home Sunday evening we had to stop every 60 miles to recharge the car battery.This O'Reilly was the third one we had stopped at. All the other store were gracious, helpful and understanding of our situation and offered us help in the removal, charging and reinstalling of our battery. When I walked into this store I asked Will ( one of the counter employees) if they could help charge our battery because our alternator went out. All William said was "bring me the battery" I again asked if they were able to charge it. Again all he said was "bring me the battery". I asked if he wanted me to take it out of the car or did he want to test it first. And again "bring me the battery". This guy was so rude and didn't offer to help or answer and of my questions I directly asked him. What if I didn't know how to disconnect the battery or if I didn't have the tools to do it. We had just bought the battery at the previous O'Reilly so I was a bit put off at his unhelpful and disgruntled demeanor. Come to find out his shift was almost over and he likely didn't want to get his hands dirty or ask another employee to take over. I realize that people have bad days but I was having a bad vacation turn possible disaster and Will was one of the worse customer service professionals I have ever encountered when all I asked was completely within his job description and abilities to help.

I don't recommend going to this store, they don't help you when you need help. I wanted to see if my horn had a blown fuse, I don't have anyone else to ask locally, so I went there. I didn't get the guys name he's a older man, but I simply asked for help with looking for the fuse for my horn, he laughed and said what. I said I need help looking for the fuse that goes to my horn I think it's blown..... He said I had to do it myself...... ok, I get I need to do it on my own. Buy if I can't open and access the box I can't check every fuse. That's why I felt I went to a place really knowledgeable about helping people, because I don't have anyone to ask. But left really discourage, because I had to do it myself which isn't a problem it's accessing the boxes. To locate the fuse. I will admit I'm not knowledgeable about vehicles. But if someone comes in asking for help and you just laugh because they want help and you say that you have to do it yourself it's sad.i will ne taking my business to autozone from here on out. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I called needed a quote on my parts, gentleman, he picked pls r me on hold for almost 20 minute and never came back!!!!! If there was -0- Definitely , I would have given 0.....yes, I waited to see how long he will come back pick up and he me Dr did came bacck.

Went specifically to this store location to pick up a cv axle after stopping at another store and finding that they didn't have one. The guy at the other store was awesome and even called to let this location know I was heading right over, so that they wouldn't close, and so that I could get back on the road.. I understand that it was close to closing time. I understand that people like to get home. That's all I was trying to do. That's what the guy at the other store was trying to help me do by calling this location. Because I live 2 hours away. But apparently, having to stay open an extra 5 minutes knowing that i was on my way there was too much to ask. I arrived 2 minutes after closing time, and the "manager" said they were closed. Even after I explained that I was the one who came from the other store. "We are closed".. I reiterated and again explained through a shut and locked door, that I live 2 hours away, and asked him politely to help me out. And nothing.. So now here I sit in my truck. Spending the night in my truck. Waiting until Autozone opens. So that I may buy the part I need to get home.. After reading other reviews, it's a wonder that Mario the "Manager" is still employed. Because he is costing this company money and helping the competition look good.. Furthermore, I will be returning the parts I purchased at the other location. Because I will now have other options open in the morning that cost less.. All in all, with just me, that's easily 500 bucks for one quick visit. And so much more in the future, considering the 10 other vehicles I have.. Go Mario! I hope you're sleeping well, because it's freezing here in my truck, where I didn't have to be. When i could have been home with my kids.. Not having to pay someone to stay the night with them.. Your indolence affects more than just me..

The store personal don’t give a s.. about helping people. They are really lazy and careless.
