“I had a unexpected timing belt tensioner noise that is a precursor to a timing belt failure that shouldn’t be ignored. They fit me in last minute to complete it in time during my workday. I expected a few seals to be replaced due to oil leaks, they said there was no issue and wouldn’t do anything. I appreciate the honesty and ease of establishing an easy working relationship.”

“I have an old car that I love. A few years ago the transmission went out and I had to decide whether to replace it on an otherwise great car or send it to a better home. I finally decided to replace it. Aposhian helped me find a replacement and did a great job replacing it. After a few days after driving it I got a CEL and a transmission warning. I brought it back and they stood by their work and replaced a faulty pressure switch at no cost to me. I suspect that switch had nothing to do with their repair but they did it anyway even though I was prepared to pay.
It feels like everywhere I go someone is trying to scam you or upcharge you. I've heard from a lot of people that they are honest and now I have this experience to back it up. I hope I don't have other car problems in the future but if I do I'll be back and and I'll tell my friends. Thanks Aposhian.”

“Was in need of a shop to do a pre purchase inspection, while being on the west coast. With the truck being a 6.7 cummin diesel, and the videos I found online pointed me to DAVES AUTO, the YouTube famous shop where they share their knowledge and expertise. After calling into that shop, however, I was informed of a three week wait period. This would not work for my scheduling, as I was in the middle of a vehicle purchase. I asked the gentleman over there who they would recommend, when they recommended this place. I called and spoke with Frank, who had quoted me the lowest vehicle inspection price of four shops in town, And was able to get it done very quickly with a friendly and communicative staff. The quality service, and ease of the experience overall, has earned them this five star review!

“I really like the customer service at this place. Today I was fuming and on the verge of losing it, because I thought a tire patch only takes 15 mins (turns out if you do it right with letting the glue dry, it takes more like 30-60 mins) and I had to get back to work. They were all super nice and patient with me even though I regretfully entered sassy mode. I work in a high conflict job and it just sucks when people are coming at you like that all day, so I’m really impressed by their patience and not exacerbating my stress. However, everyone was super kind, especially Michael who let me vent about my poor planning skills of the day. One gentleman explained the process to me and said they would have hooked me up with a spare if they knew I was in a hurry. Now I know what to expect next time and feel reassured that they’re looking out for their customers!”

“Front wheel of 2017 Rav 4 was making a terrible squeaky noise. We thought maybe the bearings had gone bad but we were completely wrong. After a quick quality check and test ride the crew at “Steve’s Auto” found the problem to be not the bearings but the wheel cover was slipping because the clips on the cover was broken. They ordered a new cover and now it is quickly becoming a joy to ride in again. “No more squeaky noise”. Thank you Steve’s Auto. Sincerely Lynn C”

They've done full tear down and rebuilds on my engine, cleared/fixed codes, exhaust and of course fluid changes with filters.I've since added my wife and daughter's vehicles.I'd even send my daughter there by herself. They are great guys with honest service and great pricing.”

“After my review of Burt’s Brother’s and doing some research, I ended up calling Excel Automotive and told them the issue with my car. Turns out Burt’s Brothers was right with their estimate in cost of brake repair but also confirmed I WAS RIGHT too in my assumption that the brakes had been bad for a while should have been brought up way before it reached the point of where they were at.
Richard and his staff are personable and mechanics that have come from other dealerships that share the same belief of being honest with people about their cars and not always trying to upsell customers on stuff not needed or keeping repairs hidden from customers until the cost has hit an astronomical point.
I happily paid the $800 to Excel and have been a loyal returning customer since then. They always speak to me about my concerns about my vehicle and i never feel rushed. And more importantly, I never felt taken advantage of. Cannot recommend Excel enough to people who share the same concerns I do about car repair shops.”
