So disappointed with their services and professionalism. They don’t tell you of the fees. People coming in and out, interrupting while being attended. My husband has a broken clavicle and a broken wrist, people kept bumping into him, the lack of disrespect is beyond words. All while another employee was moving from station, getting all his stuff out from an office while another tax prepare was being done there too. This did it for us, never going back. It was a circus and more. Sad because we used there services every year and referred our friends and family.

They offer service from 10 am to 7 pm, I arrived at 1:45 pm they made me wait more than 1 hour and then they did not attend to me. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Bad customer service!!!!! I call to ask about a question about daca and the attorney had me on hold for 1hr and never call me back. When I try to call again a lady answer and told her that they had me on hold and never call me back, her only response was that he was busy!!!!

I went to do my taxes like every year with them but this time the person who attended us did not do it well, he was very distracted, he did not pay attention and that was not all, when we went to pay, they are charging us $270 dollars for the procedure, I asked the lady at reception and my response was get out of there, oh, more line, very arrogant, I didn't even let him sign the payment receipt for my card holder, he snatched the paper from us, the only thing I wanted to know was why they bothered me so much if they are just personal taxes, immediately tell them I called friends, we all always go there, and if they weren't, it was very expensive, so if you want them to charge you money for going with them, I don't recommend it after many years of going, and this was the last one, I felt like they robbed me with the charge.
Responding to your comment, it was in the Kearns office, colonial hall, and I called by phone the next day to report what had happened to me, they told me I'm going to comment on it and later we called you until the date they never returned my call.

I came her to file an amendment! Even though I didn’t ended up doing the amendment. They explained to me so well the process. They also explained to me very good what the other Tax Prep person could’ve done better. Even though I didn’t file my taxes with them! I’m definitely going to file them for this year. They give good explanation on everything and they take your time with you! They are very welcoming and the owner even took the time to explain every detail we didn’t feel rush. I honestly recommend this place?

I did a quince here cause it a salon and they did the picture but they didn’t give me all the videos or pictures so we went around 5 time to fix it or to just give it without editing and they didn’t understand please don’t get the photographer here , they aren’t professionals

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service was very bad, they didn't explain anything well and I know that not only did they treat me poorly, but they also didn't explain anything well to others who were next to me. When they left it turned out that the person who was serving them was confused and was not making the taxis correctly. In my case it was the same and they still wanted to charge me for the estimate. Oh and Joel used to be very friendly but now he ignores his customers and apparently ignores his employees. Thank you.
