It's just an office furniture store. I was confused when I was looking for new hobbies for a new life.

Nice product but badly packaged. Got one package with parts missing. The package came to us from the warehouse tore up and when we opened it up, only one part remained out of the whole box. Evidently no one bothered to do quality checks. Sheri at the office wasn't helpful or very willing to listen to me or address concerns when I called. Kept interrupting me and didn't let me finish what I was saying and didn't seem to WANT to fix the issue (although she arranged to have someone else drop off the parts later that day). All I was told was that the guy would be at my house either late afternoon or early in the evening and that he would contact me when he was on his way...I didn't hear anything all day (a good employee would have at least called to let me know the ETA) and when it was almost closing time for the store (5pm), I called to check on the ETA of the package and all I got from Sheri was an attitude - "I ALREADY told you that it would come late afternoon or early evening." Yeah, somewhat rude, especially considering that THEY messed up the package in the first place and inconvenienced us. Acting like you're doing the customer a HUGE favor doesn't help the customer service aspect of your business, which earns them 0 stars from me.

I loved my experience at New Life Office! I love the urban style they have. Normally I don't write reviews, but my experience with Sheri was so great! She really listened to me and I didn't feel rushed. I found exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back next time I need a new piece of office furniture. Thanks again

Get experience. Sheri was so helpful I went in and didn't have any idea what to get. She was able to help me figure out my whole office. She was so patient and sweet. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Absolutely amazing furniture! I absolutely love the look of the new line of desks that they are featuring in their showroom. They were very helpful in guiding me to exactly what I wanted to look at and let me know all of the options I had with the furniture. I definitely would recommend paying them a visit!

***Part 2: Continued from my first review - read that one first** At around 6:30 or 7pm, she called from her personal phone and left a message, saying that she was sorry but she couldn't get ahold of Paul, that Paul wasn't answering his phone, and said some other things, blaming Paul for the mess-up. She added that all I needed was a couple of flat brackets to attach the underside of the return to the main desk, and that I should go to Home Depot and get some. The store would refund me for the "very small cost" of the brackets and they would refund some of the money for all of the trouble I went through. She said that I should call her at that number at any time, if I had more questions or issues. I called back a few minutes after she left the message. No answer. I went ahead and texted her, explaining the issue of attaching the file pedestal to the return and how brackets wouldn't solve the issue. No answer. I waited until 10am on Monday morning for someone to call me and follow up on the issue. Nothing, so I called again. Sheri seemed surprised to hear back from me and immediately berated me for not buying the brackets myself and said, "Well, if you don't want to do that, then you can drive out here and pick up the brackets." I finally lost my cool and did the impolite thing that she has been doing to me the entire time...I interrupted her and launched into a full-on explanation of WHY the brackets had to wait until I got instructions and hardware or something on how to attach the return to the file pedestal. She actually scoffed at me and said, condescendingly, "You aren't understanding this. Can't your husband help you put it together?" I told her, first of all, that I am an experienced woodworker and perfectly capable of putting together a desk. Besides, my husband went over everything and was just as stumped as I was. Her response was, "FINE. Let me talk to Paul." Put me on hold. She came back and let me know that Paul was on his way and would be at my house in 35-45 minutes. He would give me the BRACKETS that I needed and he would explain to me how to put together the file pedestal and the return. She added that since I didn't pay for installation, I would have to do the work while Paul told me what to do. By then, I'd had enough. I told her that I was incredibly unhappy with the customer service at her establishment and the treatment I received from her was shocking and entirely unprofessional. She immediately went into defensive mode and started whining (I'm not using this word to be mean, she WAS whining), about how unfair I was to her and she said that I was the only customer who had ever had a problem with putting together their furniture; the other customers have never had any problems because it's all so easy. She also said that I was the only one who has ever had an issue with her. She also talked at length about how Paul had one of his tires go flat on his way to my house, which was why he didn't show up - she added that she told me this in the message that she left on my phone on Friday night. I told her that she didn't say a word about this and that I still had the message on my phone and would be more than happy to show it to her. She immediately changed her story and said that she only found out at the staff meeting that morning and that I didn't give her a chance to call me and let me know (when I'd waited a couple hours past opening time to call...). First of all, that was incredibly offensive. Sheri made it clear that she did not want to work with me from the beginning, from the moment she found out I was deaf and completely peeled off her friendly, I-wanna-help-you-find-the-perfect-desk! façade. But to imply that I was completely incapable of doing what all of her other customers were able to - put together a desk that was really easy to do in the first place. That, combined with her treatment of me the entire time, I was done. When he arrived, Paul was entirely pleasant and actually apolo

Very affordable, and exceptional quality! The show floor offered both traditional and contemporary styles, along with many modular pieces for any office set up (both home and commercial) you could ever want! Exceptional customer service, and quick turn around time. I know several large companies who have worked with New Life Office and are extremely happy and loyal customers. I just went to a downtown office they designed and furnished that had beautiful workstations, and apparently they paid half the cost compared to working with the local competitor!

We needed to furnish office space for our company and needed three executive desk sets that looked nice, but were affordable. I read the reviews for New Life Office and decided to make them our first stop after a lot of pricing on the internet. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the furniture matched or exceeded some much more expensive pieces on the internet. They got the furniture to us in a timely manner and it looks great. We liked them so much we went back a month later for a custom conference table. They even drilled the holes for our power grommets that we were installing ourselves. Very happy with this company and will use again as we have more furniture needs.

I work for a large call center in SLC; we have done 2 large remodel renovations around 40,000 sq ft each time, I purchased the call center cubicles from New Life. It has been a pleasure doing business with New Life as they have been able to handle tight deadlines and still offer very competitive pricing. I would recomend their services and expertise without hesitation.
