At surface level this shops awesome. Good pricing, get you right in. Awesome! Wrong. First install, completely forgot to re tighten intake and sent me on my way. 3 days later there exhaust job is leaking. A week later they get me in to fix it. Few days after that the exhaust falls off. Terrible business don’t bring your car here if your a wrx, st, really any tuner car they do not care about doing a good job. Just getting it “done” to last you a few days.

These guys are amazing!! Roberto and his crew are awesome. They stand by their work and are honest in their dealings. I never have to worry about being charged for something that isn't needed. Been coming here for years and always know the job will be done right. Can’t recommend them enough.His son also runs a rebuilt car dealership from the shop so if you need a good value car check his stuff out.

Do not take your car there they have no idea about vehicleBad service , and they ask for cash money always , if you wanna pay with credit card they'll be mad because they don't wanna pay tax !Also they are doing something wrong about emissions !they got cut 2 time already from state so be very careful

Getting your car fixed is a pain and expensive. At least here at New Level Performance you can get a honest answer and a fair price. Prices are not inflated like other big franchises.

I purchased a Groupon for a 4 wheel alignment, so I made an appointment for my Hot Wheels 50th Anniversary SS Camaro went in today, ITZEL took great care of me, made sure they got my car in right away, they did an amazing job, my car car drives so smooth, I highly recommend this business I'll be back with my other vehicles thank you for the great customer care and service

Went to get a diagnostic on my car. Told me to bring my car Wednesday morning. Said it would take til 1 but first look they said it'd be the fuel injectors, I stayed the whole time and they didn't look at it til the last second. Then they told me to leave it for the whole day even though I had work. I made it happen and went to work. I clef later that day and they hadn't look at it yet so I was to wait til Thursday. I called Thursday Morning and they said they were going to look at it today and that it will take a bit. I called 4 hours later, same answer. Tried to call towards the end of the the day no answer. I now don't have my car for 2 days. I called this morning at 10:56am they about 3 hours since they were opened. They said they would be looking at it and apologize not for looking at yesterday because of new concrete even though that was not mentioned the day prior. I called later the same day at around 3:15pm and they said "oh we just finished, was just about to call you" and confirmed it was the problem they originally said it'd be. & that the service was $105 and if I wanted the work done they can suddenly get it done within the day . For 2.5 days of no car and constantly being told it would be looked at I do not believe I was treated fairly. I could have brought my car another told if they were being honest with me, but they gave me the work around and told me it was the same problem they thought it was from the moment I brought it in.Service: Check engine light diagnostic
