You can really tell the quality of a place by the way they treat you. I didn’t buy a car from Nate Wade (this time) but they absolutely were 100% professional from start to finish. Wesley in their sales department treated me the same through the buying process as when I informed him I had to go another way. Class act and a dealership you can trust. I will be back

I originally had a great review on here from 5 years ago. I had purchased a used vehicle that had gone through a thorough inspection before being handed over to me. That one lasted 5 years before I was ready for an upgrade.Six months ago I went back to upgrade my vehicle. I am updating this review as I sit in my newer car while I wait for a tow truck because it's not starting... AGAIN!I opted for a used 2020 outback because I was so happy with my previous purchase from here. As previously stated; it's been less than 6 months. I have already had to call for a towing service 2 times and had to take it in to have work done both times. On 2 other occasions I had to take it in for issues not related to the engine.Not sure if Subaru as a whole has gone downhill, or if the dealership simply didn't check this car before reselling it. I've had too many issues in less than 6 months for a fairly new vehicle with low mileage. I truly regret purchasing this car.Because my experiences with this dealership have been 50/50, I don't see myself returning. Most of the issues I've had could've been avoided with a thorough screening/inspection by the dealership.Truly disappointed.

READ THIS TO SAVE MONEY!!!I showed up for a suspension diagnostic and was told last minute it would be $170 for them to just LOOK at my vehicle. This was not communicated beforehand, which is unethical and bad business practice in my opinion.The real kicker is the diagnostic fee at Mark Miller is $80…don’t go to this dealership where all they care about is nickel and diming.Truly despicable and I would like to call out Derek Hardy for being complicit in these shady business practices.You should all be ashamed.

My wife had her car in this past week to have a new key made with connectivity to the vehicle. She was told it would be $X which would include diagnostics for what was going on with the key. The result was $X + $150, one key made, and no answer for the diagnosis of the connectivity issues without spending at least $200 more.Service like this may not be uniform with the people who visit Nate Wade, but you can only have service like this with a family once. Just be transparent about costs and it wouldn't be an issue.

I purchased a Subaru Ascent from Nate Wade in 2020. This week I have been trying to reach their service department regarding an upcoming appointment - and none of the phone numbers listed on the website work. I am disconnected every time.Sales? Disconnected. Service? Disconnected. General number? Disconnected. The online chat function is not better - all phone numbers lead to an automatic disconnect.How can a consumer-facing business operate phone lines that disconnect their costumers repeatedly?Nate Wade needs to improve their phone system and website if they want to keep people coming back to them.

I have only heard of bad dealerships, ones who try to nickel and dime you every step of the way, or pressure you into bad deals, the joke of vehicle salesmen is how I felt my experience would be pre visit.That doesn't exist at Nate Wade based off my purchase experience. I purchased a used 2014 legacy here with no dealer warranty, the sales person Bryce was extremely friendly and cared about my concerns with the paint job pre purchase, and even warned me about a check engine light before I showed up to inspect it. They took care of the check engine and the day I inspected it in person I drove home in the car.A few weeks go by and I notice the car was leaking fluid. I purchased a third party protection plan at the time of the deal closing, so I figured I'd stop by and have them take a look at the leak. Within 15 minutes their service rep informed me that the leak was their fault, and they would cover both the repair and rental at their expense outside of my third party protection contract.Lots of respect for that, they could have easily said it was my problem and made me go through my protection plan instead.

I live in Heber City and work in Salt Lake. I noticed too late that my brakes pads were grinding and knew driving home with potentially faulty brakes in a snow storm could be really bad for me. I called Nate Wade on a Friday and told them the situation and the were able to squeeze me into an already incredibly busy day for them. I dropped my Outback off at 1:15 and was able to pick it up at 4:30 sharp!I go out of my way to service my car with Nate Wade because they are honest, have better prices than other mechanics and they actually care about their customers well being.I also bought my Outback at Nate Wade and that was a great experience as well. Salesperson wasn't at all pushy and went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted in my price range. Again, I won't go anywhere else!

Warning to customers of Nate Wade Subaru. Check your oil level after engine oil service. You will likely need to add at least 1/2 qt. For Subaru boxer engines, running on low oil can be catastrophic.
