Mountain West real estate is incredible. They tirelessly look for properties that fit within my parameters. Jake is very knowledgeable about the market and helps uncover many opportunities. I would highly recommend them to all. Great firm for investors looking to invest in real estate.

I own a tattoo studio in Ogden. After meeting with our agent Tyler Jones virtually we were told that they would contact us soon with more details about some properties we would like to view. We did not hear back from Tyler, despite multiple calls, texts, and emails from myself trying to communicate with him. After receiving no response, we then reached out to Ashely Allred about a different property. After an initial conversation, we did not hear anything back and could not get into contact with her.I am unsure if the agents do not want to do business with us, or if they are disorganized. Either way this is extremely unprofessional and I do not want to do business with Mountain West Commercial Real Estate as a result. If Mountain West agents are unable to communicate with us, I cant imagine they would represent our brand well to potential landlords.Avoid this company! Landlords, these agents will let potential tenants slip through their hands because of their disorganization and unwillingness to communicate. THIS WILL COST YOU UNNESSARY MONEY. Tenants, you will not be prioritized and your timeline will be delayed! I am extremely disappointed. We have lost 2 months off of our timeframe because of Mountain West group.

We have been working on the same property for well over 2 months and finally we started seeing some feedback and we finally told them if we cant get this settled by a certain time that we are pulling out of the negotiations. The lack of communication from multiple agents over there and we have even tried calling the office and noone answers. Not sure if the people just are too busy or just dont care. We text them, call them and email them and we are get ghosted. I even thought maybe it was my leasing agent I am using and so I have been trying to contact them direct and was completely amazed I got the same results. All we are wanting to do is rent a really decent size building so it wasnt a small one that we wanted but apparently not good enoughOur leasing agent was talking to Nick Clark and Katie Mikula

The huge level of lies, unprofessionalism and lack of communication is just unreasonable.Unfortunately Cannot recommend at all.Will be looking elsewhere for our needs.Edit: could just be the person we worked with. Can not recommend Adam. From the other reviews, Perhaps their other employees are better?
