Continuous mistakes with my mortgage loan that was opened in 2005. You have to call another company, NOT MACU, to discuss problems with your loan. They are disorganized. I over paid in 2019 yet found out about it in August 2024. Then they said they didn’t receive my signed document for the refund. Still waiting for them to respond. You can’t talk to the dept that is supposed to issue the refund. You have to email a NO REPLY EMAIL ADDRESS. This does not make sense.
My checking account was hacked by a gaming app and MACU said, “sorry, no fraud occurred.” I opened the checking account when I was 15 (1985).
I paid off a car loan here and I had my student loans here.
MACU does not care about me at all. I’m finally leaving this incapable, unprofessional institution.

This location sucks! I requested some statements from them from a couple of years ago and they told me they were too busy to look them up! I went to the 1300 S Redwood Rd. location and they were very busy and printed the statements f9r me no problem! Worst location, do not go here for anything, they are not helpful at all!

This location has gone down hill since their new branch manager has taken over. I had been banking here for over 20 years and have seen staff come and go. But recently it is more of a headache than needs to be. 21st so and 20e is a much better location and is worth the extra mile drive.

Very friendly employees. I went in just to open a checking account and ended up with a credit card and a signature loan to improve my credit score. I am very impressed with their commitment to my financial health and future goals.

Should DEFINITELY check reviews everywhere I go, this place is THE WORST, ATM don't work, tellers are extinct you get one for all 3 drive up lanes, they tell you they'll be with you after the next person but they clearly can't count and dunno which lane is first or one plus one CHOOSE A DIFFERENT MACU I wasted over a half hour sitting at this one, I rather deposit my money in a sketchy 7-11 ATM in the middle of the drug block, it's smarter and faster

Regrettably, I chose Mtn America for my loan company. When I tell you run away I mean it. They do not care about you as a human they only care about their bottom line. Money is all that matters and they will take yours as much as they can. Several times I have paid $25 to skip a payment and the payment still goes through anyway because it's in a "different system" and that wasn't canceled. And they never try to make it right. DON'T USE THEM. Shame on Mountain America. Also as a small business I am pulling my business out. Marco you are an unprofessional and unkind. When something is factually the fault of the institution then it should be willing to make it right. Shame on you.

We had an amazing experience with these guys. They got us a loan when seemed like no one could because of the mileage of the vehicle. They were patient! And caring and waited while my husband had to go get notarized somewhere else because their person was out when we were there. Thank you guys so much!

Teller 2763 was incompetent. I asked him if he could stop the emails that I receive multiple times a day and he said that he did. He did not. I asked him to send an ATM card that I've already requested twice from two different people and never received. He told me that he couldn't request it because he needed an override because that was a different account I was referring to. He asked me to come in because I was in the drive through. He was too lazy to ask for an override while I waited. I finally went to another branch and got a lovely woman who was actually useful. When she looked my account up it had showed that there was never a request for an ATM card and she explained to me how to turn off my notifications for the daily multiple emails.

I’ve been a member for years. I will NEVER bank anywhere else. No matter which branch you go to, anywhere in Utah, you are always acknowledged by name, treated with respect and kindness, and they always take time to be personable. I love MACU! ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
