“UPDATE: I was contacted by Aldin about my review and he was amazing from start to finish. He was kind and helpful and understanding. He listened and heard what i was saying and helped me accomplish what i needed to have done. He contacted the store staff and had everything set up for me when i got there. Last night when i made it to the store the man that was there was super nice and helped me complete what i had started with Aldin on the phone and thro emails.. I have to say it was amazing. Thank u for everything u guys were able to do for me and my situation. Its very much appreciated.... Thats customer service worth keeping. ?.....I liked the store staff. The customer service on the phone is awful 100%. They are rude not helpful at all. If make a mistake or do something wrong to ur account and refuse to fix it or listen to u the customer at all. I didnt want to stay with this company but for lack of time to look for a new company this month im stuck. However i wont be here much longer. They dont care about customer retention at all. Or trying to make any thing right. In fact they leave u on MUTE NOT HOLD..... MUTE FOR 45 MINS LIKE THAT IS ACCEPTABLE.. then answer the phone with additude when they come back and ur still on the line. Beyond disgusted with the customer service on the phone... The store staff are helpful and very kind. I didnt mind dealing with them one bit. Very pleasant experience in the store location”

“Outside of the business, this Walmart is HUGE and I've never had a problem with them being low on stock. Actually, this is the only location that regularly has the organic meat I like. I will choose this location everytime! They also have extra rooftop parking and an escalator!”
