“I just left this store after an appointment to troubleshoot my older Iphone-Justin was a doll. Super nice, super efficient, happy to help, and exhausted all his options to figure out what the problem was. This included software updates, new SIM card, all the things. Although I still ended up having to work with the account/billing department afterwards, he fixed everything that was needed before hand-I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Justin!”
