She was notified while she was helping us that the other employee had quit and so she would have to work a double shift. Manager of the store is in Provo. I felt sorry for her. “I just left this store after an appointment to troubleshoot my older Iphone-Justin was a doll. Super nice, super efficient, happy to help, and exhausted all his options to figure out what the problem was. This included software updates, new SIM card, all the things. Although I still ended up having to work with the account/billing department afterwards, he fixed everything that was needed before hand-I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Justin!”
“Jamie was awesome. I actually work for ATT, just in a different district. I was in for a funeral and had an emergency situation I couldn’t handle myself. He was able to get my mom’s and brothers ESIM working again and he helped her set up screen time ( I had no idea how to change settings). 10/10 recommend .”
