I signed up for the membership two days ago and yesterday I went to wash my car and you could clearly see that the car had a bunch of scratches on it after going through the car wash

I thoroughly enjoy washing at this location on 300 West. The employees are always helpful and have a great sense of urgency. I appreciate them and their hard work to get my truck clean and shiny!

Very bad behavior with the customer by the management in this branch and apathetic to the customer's needs. Someone stole my turn in the queue when I passed the gate and scanned my membership and the manager said it's your problem and it has nothing to do with me. and another time in this branch , my car had a lot of stains after using the car wash and the manager told me it is because of the car and the shape of body and it is not our problem. ( my car is Tesla Y 2023?)

Apparently, I have high expectations for $10. This was the 2nd time I've given this carwash a try. I've been disappointed both times. This time, the back window was still dirty, and the front end still had a lot of bugs attached. I understand bugs on the front ends of vehicles have a strong hold, but I would have expected a lot more gone.
I asked the attendant if they had a bucket of water and a spong that I could use to finish the job. Unfortunately, that wasn't available.
I guess I will have to do the work myself if I want it done well.
I do like the powered air to blow out dust, I don't have access to something like that personally.

Carrol the GM was great! He made the line extremely efficient and resolved our issues. 10/10 would recommend for all your car wash needs.

I have been an unlimited member for years now. I absolutely love this location. Jackson came in clutch today when I was adding another vehicle to my account. He explained the promotions but also the discount of adding new cars to the family plan, and even went out of his way to help remove an old sticker from an older place.

It is one of the best places to clean your car, not all misters are the same, sometimes cars come out with dirty parts. But this specific car wash really does its job.

Enjoyed a free air freshener and a couple dashboard wipes along with great customer service! And my car was shiny after taking her through the car wash! Very satisfied! Going back for sure...(And it doesn't cost a lot!)

I love this Mister Car Wash! And yesterday I loved it even more! My trailer hitch cover for my Range Rover came off during my car wash and I noticed immediately that it was missing. I went to an employee named Cheyenne and they were so kind and went into the car wash and found the cover. It meant so much to me that they took the time and effort to get it out and bring it to me. Thank you Cheyenne for going above and beyond!

This place sucks, I paid for the premium wash and gave them a 5 dollar tip and it didn't do tire shine and the kid at the start of the wash didn't spray the bugs or run a brush over the front and back leaving my car dirty when it came out, other places I have been are way better and should have used my better judgment before waisting a bunch of money

Car wash itself is good. Easy enough and good system. But the workers here are always great. Anyone that says young people don’t want to work clearly haven’t been to this Mister Car Wash. They run the damn place. Always friendly and keep things moving/clean. Thank you!
