Bought a RAV4 here in 2020 with about 100,000 miles. It lasted less than 3 years of normal work-home commuting & the occasional long trip. In that time we had to repair / replace the engine mounts, the battery and the AC. We were super careful about care & maintenance but it was falling apart within a year after we bought it.

Just bought a 2008 subaru from these guys was pre approved from my bank so the paperwork was fast. Had little issues with car day after but they fixed them with no issues and no charge. Was the best experience I've ever had with a used car lot. Thanks again guys and the car is doing great.

Bought a used car here a few months back. Shopping for a reliable used car on a small budget is so stressful, especially when you feel like you can't trust car salesmen. Working with Bayron at Mister B was a totally different experience than every other used car dealership I visited in the valley. Bayron is kind, honest, and straightforward. He did not use the same desperate sales tactics I've experienced in the past where I feel like the dealer is saying anything they think I want to hear so they can make the sale. Bayron was way more concerned in what I wanted in terms of a car and pricing and worked with me.In terms of the car, I was impressed right away by how clean and nicely detailed it was - with my price point I had looked at a lot of gross cars prior to this. This car was clearly cared for and Bayron continued to care about it - after I bought it and was about to drive away he noticed that the storage area for the spare tire had some dirt in it and he promptly grabbed a shop vac and cleaned it for me before I left. Seriously impressive customer service.So far I've driven the car for 3 months with no issues. Bayron said if I have any issues to call him about it and he'll work with me. I believe him and definitely will call him in the future for mechanical needs. Luckily, havent needed any yet! Basically, this is a business worth supporting and I'd recommend anyone buy a car here.

Mister B’s is the best! Bayron, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and a mechanic I trust. He is a honest man that’s fabulous at communicating, updating you with exactly what is wrong with you car, how long it will take to fix, and no funny business in between. He ensures you are okay with everything before he even completes the job! He went the extra mile when fixing my 2006 Ford escape driver side window by removing the immense glue reside from tape I had used to hold it up. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. This is my third time visiting Mister B’s and I will continue to support this amazing business!
