In the past I would have gave them a 5 but now it's to expensive to go there. Most of the time I feel like I spend 1000 and have no answers about what's going on. They usually want to do more tests that cast more. I will miss this vet I've been going there for the past 10 years.

The fact that they are terrible veterinarians is about the least horrible thing I can say about them. My cat had an infection of some kind and needed emergency care. They charged me $800 basically to send me home with an antibiotic. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING specialized; they took her temperature and gave her a blood test. If I went to the ER without insurance and had the same things done, it would not have cost me half that much. At first my cat responded, but took a turn and obviously needed a more powerful antibiotic. They refused to prescribe it until I had another appointment. Translation: we're going to let your cat die unless you pay us another $800. Well, my cat died and they don't care. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Take your loved ones to a vet that cares. You won't find that here.

These folks yelled at my mom-in-law, and one of the veterinarians called her a "killer" for needing to put down her 15 year old dog, who bites, is incontinent, is deaf, and in pain with a neck injury (10k to fix it). The vet's parting shot-- yelled into the lobby, so everyone could know how cool he was-- was, "Don't forget to pay your bill!" Clearly, he wanted to humiliate her and feel self-important. Mission accomplished. AVOID this place for the lack of professionalism, if nothing else.

This place is so unprofessional and so uncaring. Save yourself from more grief and go elsewhere. If I could give it no stars I would. Took our puppy in because she was showing signs of a seizure. They did a drug test, they did bloodwork, and a urine test, all normal according to them. Except they said "let's treat it like a uti" and sent us on our way. All of that was over $600. Next day, same exact symptoms once again, called to speak to someone, no call back, finally went in and their front office staff were giggling and mentioned our puppy's name as we walked in. None of their staff including the vets and manager on at the time showed any kind of care, sympathy, or professionalism. Absolute joke of place. Save yourself time, money, and heartache, go elsewhere. I have so much more I can say but I'm tired of reliving it. Just go elsewhere

Wonderful staff and very clean. It's a little hard to find if it's your first time going there.

Dr Foster is extremely knowledgeable and always kind and helpful. We've taken our family animals to him for over 30 years.

Dr. Burton and her staff care for my pets like they were part of their own family. The always take the time to ensure that they are skillfully diagnosed and treated with the greatest care and at very reasonable prices. They always do their best to get patient in for visits as quickly as possible and offer an urgent care during their off hours. 10 out of 10 for everyone in the clinic.

I wouldn't come back here... I brought my dog here because she was showing signs of being sick, the vet was there no more than 5 minutes, before doing blood work, it all came back normal and they recommended a bland diet. My dog is still sick, and I've been charged a copious amount for just a simple checkup. I just hope I can figure out what's wrong before anything gets worse.

This place is a scam. My dog has had pancreatitis for six years now.I had all of his files transferred up to this veterinarian and I even paid for the initial check up and blood work done that they requested because it's a new Vet "who hasn't seen him" (scam). They promised that after this enormous bill that they would refill his meds just like my previous vet did in another state that I lived in and I wouldn't have to pay a lump sum of money each time. Well they lied. They now won't fill his meds without seeing AGAIN and me spending an enormous amount of $$$. Don't waste your time and $ here like I did. Find a real vet who will help you. Like any normal doctor should. SCAM!

I was very disappointed with my urgent care visit here. The stars are for the receptionists and techs. They were great. The vet at urgent care didn’t spend more than a few minutes with my dog when sick, barely looked her over, and told me I needed to go spend 3-5k on a CT scan.I went to a different vet less than a week later for a 2nd opinion and my dog was treated for a respiratory infection and recovered after less than a week with the right antibiotic- all for half the cost. Highly recommend East Valley Vet as an alternative.

If you're in an emergency situation with your pet where they're dying and need to be put down and if several clinics are overbooked or are not available to do it right away, then choose this one. Had to call a lot of different vet clinics for my dachschund to be put down and luckily found this place where they were able to book a room fast over the phone. They also did a good job with my dogs paw print. 5/5

Compassionate, efficient, accommodating and very professional staff. The worst case scenario happened the day before Christmas for my wife, myself and our beloved, fourteen and half year old Blue Heeler Roadie.Roadie, who had been with us for thirteen and a half years, started to rapidly decline a few days before Christmas. At home euthanasia was the best scenario, as a visit to the vet was always stressful for our boy. Unfortunately, due to the holiday and our Roadie’s rapidly declining condition, the at home option was not to be.The staff at Millcreek were able to take us in on a Saturday, on the holiday weekend and arrange for a private room to be set up for us, within a few hours’ notice to quickly end the suffering of our beloved Roadie.Thank you to the staff at the Millcreek Veterinary Clinic for your compassion and professionalism. It is always a terrible day when you have to say good bye to your family member whom you have shared a sizeable portion of your life with, but was made all that much easier when those who are involved are genuine and caring and do their job with the utmost efficiency and respect. Thank you for being there and doing your jobs so well.
