I am planning on filing a theft charge on this store. I had bought a new phone with and I had been charged for a product that was not in store. I was given another address which to there was no store at said location. I went back to the store and asked why I sent to a store that did not exist. Talked with the service agent there and was told they would have my items the following morning. I returned the next day and they didn't have items that were sold to me. All in all I had a bad experience at this store location. If this is how the customers at this store are treated that is a direct reflection of management and ownership. I am very disappointed.

I don't remember what the ladies name was but, she seemed like she ain't even know much, she ended up giving me the wrong case and never really explained much about the phones, gave little detail on most things. For sure would go to a different metro store another time.
