I don't live nearby but because of my job it was the easiest thing for me, the attention of the guy who was there seemed terrible to me, I don't understand how those people who provide customer service behave like that. I don't know if he was upset that we interrupted his hard work by looking at his cell phone or if he had a bad day and took it out on us. In the end we finished doing what we needed to do with our line and put up with their terrible attitude.

We don’t live nearby, but needed to get phone fixed. Been to many locations before and customer for 10yrs. This was the best service we’ve received in a Metro T-Mobile Store. Thank you Ray for your assistance. Will definitely make the drive to this store if we need more help in the future.

Okay so here's the deal when I went to this Metro it's located in Glendale by the way I was not satisfied as a customer or as a passing by you are in fact I was mollified by the atrocious treatment I was given by the support up front at the desk who had no idea what he was talking about I'm pretty sure that they placed him there simply for the sake of having somebody there so there's that would not recommend definitely not the place to go if you need detailed information about adding a new line or any such thing.
