While trying to connect a device I brought over this location took payment and told me that the device was fine and able to work on the Metro PCS service. After several visits and service not working I went into the store for a 3rd time in a 2 month. Told once again this issue was corrected and everything is ok . Next day service wasn't available again and I went in to the location again. Brought another phone and asked if this Samsung phone is not able to work with Metro PCS can they connect this iPhone.
After communication issues we started the process and I was asked to pay more fees. I aske why another fee is due when i have already paid and the phone wasn't able to connect to the network. I had several options if the Samsung didn't work in the first place ( yes this was discussed). Aldo was called and I was asked to wait 2 minuets as he was able to communicate with me. When Aldo arrives ( he helped us the day before) he tells me no pay no service.
I said ok. Didn't ask for much just a phone that works that has been paid for.
I wouldn't recommend doing business at this location while under Aldo's management as several prices on the phones where not correct and out of date as we explored new phone options . Spoke to customer service and this was resolved and service is restored with out payment . Thanks Metro PCS customer service for correcting this issue.

I have not the words to express my thankfulness to Aldo who spent so much time and care to help me.especially in todays phone stores they only care for sales.Aldo helped me for a couple different days and always with patience and straight answers. This store and managers should know that he is a very special employee. I have been in customer service over 35 yrs and its not often to find a person such as this.

Went to get a coworker a phone. And in my co-workers own words:Brenda helped me for 2 hours straight to no solution. Came back the next day and she was able to hook us up with a phone and service with a really good price. Would definitely recommend this store and this employee to anyone that I come across. Brenda thank you so much you have been super helpful and have helped me in a situation that I was very in need of phone service. Thanks again for your customer service on this hot day.

Today I experienced the most wonderful shopping time in my experience tothis day! Alan and Brenda were most friendly and very profesional to be honest.They were very insightful amongst most patient with answering all my questions andtreated me like a valued customer! Rarely in these times do people get treated asa valued consumer who's opinion matters. This made it feel better than a average purchasewhen most retailers want fast turnaround. I'd recommend for my family or friends also associatesto go in to metro and experience the customer service that I did to be very honest.This will always be the one time I didn't regret any the decisions I made purchasing the devicesI bought. I will never go back to this location. I'm happy they had one phone left in stock that I wanted but I literally felt like a burden wanting to upgrade my phone.I Went to the location by my work on 33rd and 5th east and he explained everything she didn't about the insurance and made it so I could purchase it.
