I have had 2 phones from this place in the last 2 months. Not Happy With Apple or this store. Both times i had to setup my phone and all contacts and info from scratch by my self (no help in store)The ease of giving them your money is the easiest step of all. Don't hold your breathe for service.I am now on my third device which i had to make an insurance claim due to the fact that the store told me that it had water damage. when you look online this generation of iPhone doesn't have a water mark where they told me that they could clearly see there was "water damage" I will be leaving Metro and T-Mobile all together most likely after this after 15+ years.

i went to the rose park store 5X to find out why my texts weren't going to my fiance's phone and their customer service SUCKS!!!! they're idiots!!! they are basically forcing me to reset my phone to factory settings or upgrade my phone to fix the problem. they kept saying it was fixed when it wasnt. so I kept having to go back.... it's no wonder people are breaking their windows and stealing their iPhones.

Me and my significant other stopped in two times. First on 6/27/2019 to upgrade both mine and the mother of the household and her first Smartphone. The process was quick and easy as always, and I joined my partner's plan and line, got myself a new slick and stylish awesome LG Stylo 4 for free as I was porting and switching over from Boost Mobile, and Mom upgraded for free on the 3rd line of the plan with the amazing Samsung Galaxy J7 Star. The lady who helped us had a great sense of what she was doing and made the whole choice of phones, explaining our billing, and activation simple and swift. The next day was 6/28/2019 where we got Dad added onto our line as well with the slick and stylish Samsung Galaxy J7 Star. Again, the same lady gave us a great deal with another free device and after explaining our plan billing again, even gave me, my partner, plus Mom and Dad 3 cases and 3 screen protectors for only $15 out the door. The store is easy to find just off the corner of 900 West and North Temple across from Family Dollar (Southbound travel on 9th West to the right after intersection/Northbound Travel on 900 West, on the left before the Intersection.) The store is actually bigger than I thought it would be and carries older Android and iOS, along with BlackBerry and Windows phone cases and accessories and offers a vast majority of the latest and greatest deals and smartphones. I highly reccommend a visit to this store to upgrade, switch/start service, and to have a phenomenal experience on how quick, easy, reps who know how to talk and explain, and for a very friendly and kind experience.

5300 south State st. Store is awful! Do Not Shop there... 2 phones that have issues sold "brand new". Customer service is overall Terrible. The problems I've experienced is the reason I intend to leave MetroPCS.
