“Amazing experience! Our bed remote was eaten by our dog. ?♀️?♀️ I reached out to Tempurpedic themselves and they told me sorry, sold out, not sure when it will be back. I contacted where I bought the mattress from, no help. I sent a picture to Bradley of my bed serial number and he found me my remote within an hour! He sent me a direct link and told me where to buy it from most affordably. I love supporting local and this was no exception. The remote came a few days early with a personalized letter on how to pair and number to reach if I had ANY difficulties. Hoping my dog doesn’t eat my remote again, but if he did, I’d purchase a new one from here for sure! No questions asked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

And with the help of the staff we got a winner. This store only sells quality items and the staff is very professional and helpful without being pushy. They sell other furniture if you are in the market for furniture check them out. Took the mattress and platform frame home same day. Both were in a box and easy to assemble.”

“Everyone at Bradley furniture was great!! After a 5 month remodel from hell and very bad customer service from so many places it was nice to be treated with great service. We had a custom table made. They told us it would be 12-14 weeks and it arrived 7 weeks early. I was thrilled! They also made it happen to get it delivered so I could have it for Easter. The delivery guys called to tell me they were 16 minutes out. Awesome service!! Great products! I love this table. Thank you so much!!”
“Such helpful friendly staff. Is a showroom so don't expect a big store. Only drawback is the hours for us weekday daytime workers that only have 30min for lunch. So I made it an errand with a business purpose.”

“If you order from crate and barrel, I recommend doing pick up. Saves some money and based off the reviews saves time and hassle. The only issue I had with pick up is I got a call to schedule an hour window to pick up my desk. When I called back, a different lady from the person who left a voicemail told me they don’t deal with crate and barrel and I had to contact them directly to sort out scheduling. She wasn’t the nicest about it either. So I was worried after seeing the reviews and after that phone call that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up.
The warehouse was easy to find, they had a little crate and barrel sign. we pulled to the side of the building and checked in. I wish I got the names of the staff that helped us cause they were great. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and checked us in fast. We waited at the garage for a little and the guy loaded up my desk into our truck. Very friendly guy and fast. We had a nice little conversation, signed off on the pick up, and were on our way. Anyway this is a long review to say I really suggest doing pick up rather than delivery based on the reviews.”
“My name is Karen redmond I just want to give a huge thank you to Rosie the sales rep and to Tim the accounting desk clerk on their amazing service they provided my husband with Rosie was the best she wasn’t overbearing or pushy she let us explore on our own but advised us if we had questions she was there to answer for us, then anytime we asked she immediately got the answer and my husband bought the couches wonderful experience they even had to stay after closing to finish which they kindly did, I hope I got the accounting man’s name correct cause he was great”
