Alex and Will were great and the selection of mattresses for me to try was everything I was hoping for. I am assuming the delivery will be up to snuff tomorrow, but that is an assumption I am willing to make at this juncture. I am happy to recommend Sugarhouse Mattress Firm and Alex and Will.

My GF and I initially went to the Draper location while on our way to another store because we saw the 72hr sale. Alex greeted us and was helpful and knowledgable. We tried all kinds of beds, didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. We slept on the information and came back the next day to the Sugarhouse location where we decided to make the purchase. Alex was even able to get us some extra discounts through the process. I am excited for my new bed and cant wait for the next day delivery. Thank you, Alex.

I went to the Sugarhouse store, which was very quiet due to construction. Jeff was veey helpful and explained rhe differences between mattresses and brands. I got the names and details of a couple that I liked, then went to 3 other places and did the same. Then I went home and started googling reviews on about six mattresses. The Mattress Firm had the best mattress at the best price. The service buying and arranging delivery over the phone was easy, too.

Carry Anne was great!! She made me and my son feel very welcome and gave us a ton of information without it feeling like she was trying to sell us. She also helped us get an extra discount that wasn’t advertised. Plenty of high quality options at this store.

Buying a new mattress is frustrating. However, Roxanne at Mattress Firm made it much easier. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We appreciated her patience as we tried all the different mattresses.
