i moved to slc in may and had gone to nate wade Subaru bc it's closer to me. I need work done so I called mark miller midtown to get an estimate and spoke with Libby. she was by far much nicer than anyone i've worked with at the other dealership. Mark Miller subaru is exactly what Subaru stands for! kind people and very helpful. This will be my go to dealership for all my Subaru needs in the future.

The customer service in the service department was above and beyond wonderful. Drew, Brian and the technician were so great. Everyone there is there for the customer. I think highly of Jeff Miller too as he runs a great place. Thank you for being there for me. I can't say enough good about you all.I'm not naming the technician but they know who he is. I got to meet him and he is a great person but did not think he wanted his name documented in this review.

Stopped here to repair a nail in my tire on a road trip and the service was quick efficient and polite. Sat down in the clean waiting area with my dog Theo and one of the associates brought out a treat and chew toy for Theo. They had fresh lemon water available and clean bathrooms. When we went to check out everything that day was complimentary and they included a much needed car wash! This Subaru dealership is the standard.

Never in a million years did I ever think I'd be giving a car dealership 5 stars. I used to take my Subaru to Nate Wade downtown but always felt overlooked and undermined. Today I decided to try Mark Miller. I pulled up & got checked it. They were very quick & helpful. Upon my inspection, they noticed my alignment was very off and my tires weren't in great shape. They printed me out 3 different tire options & even told me to call around to make sure I got the best price. They weren't pushy or rude. I called around and with the warranty they were offering, their tires were the way to go! It was the last thing I wanted to do with my 6 month old baby but the entire staff was so kind and helpful to me & my son. They gave him a cute little stuffed dog of their mascot and a little outback toy. Since I was there for a while, they opened up an empty office for me to breastfeed in and were so kind. I can't even believe the level of kindness & service.

We had a great experience at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown. We found the vehicle we were looking for. The sales specialist, Brandon was super cordial, knowledgeable and helpful . This is a no pressure buy dealership. They have fair prices and inventory selection. That is true that they donate for a nonprofit organization of your choice every time they sell a vehicle. They will contact you and ask to which organization you wish the donation to go. Overall, we do recommend Mark Miller Subaru Midtown.

I consider myself a pragmatic and reasonable person. So it was a deliberate choice when I decided that as a customer I was going to be the unreasonable person in this exchange. It's unfamiliar territory, but if it there was a potential to save myself a grand or two, I had to take a shot at it.Cassidy Follis was friendly, prompt and eager in her email correspondence to me. She suggested I put down a deposit on a car I was interested in. I scheduled a test drive, smooth sailing. In the footnote of her email, it did mention that this dealership was a no pressure, no-haggle dealership; I was planning to ignore that completely.I test-drove the vehicle, it was fine. I'm too sensible to fall in love with a car. When it came down to the paperwork, that's where the pressure came in. The only twist is, -I- was the one applying the pressure and putting a wrench in what would otherwise be a fairly easy transaction. I wasn't difficult, just a bit insistent and stubborn.Cassidy was cool as a cucumber and explained to me with all the professionalism in the world that for 8 years counting, their dealership had functioned as a no-haggle establishment, and that even though they might not always have the lowest price on the market, they believed their cars were priced fairly and they valued the transparency and easygoing service they provided.I was ready to wheel and deal, fault-checking this system for a crack that I could wiggle into. I was shut down immediately in a very calm, respectable manner. My nonsense was getting me nowhere. So, I didn't buy a car that day.But, I would. Cassidy was an effective salesperson that epitomized a ton of integrity that car salespeople typically aren't reputable for. Also, the car I was looking at sold -real fast- shortly after; they did not price it incorrectly. The $500 deposit I threw down came back into my account without trouble.It was a great, low-stress experience for me. Less for them? But next time I shop at this dealership, I'm sure that I could drop a half year's salary and feel good about it from beginning to end.Five stars for Cassidy as a salesperson representing this dealership. I cannot speak to the quality of the cars, or their automotive service department.

Once again this dealership was great to me. Went into get new batteries for my sisters and mine car keys. They replaced with a friendly smile and no charge! My sister car would not start and Subaru sent out roadside assistance but they only told her battery was dead and left. She called Mark Miller and they sent a technician within 15 minutes to help her at her home. Got the car going and then at dealership they took good care of it and now she is back on the road.

Excellent service as usual. Crews are very knowledgeable and very professional. Their shop is clean and well maintained. They have complementary snacks and drinks at guests waiting room. They also provide shuttle service/uber if needed. Good job!

Wonderful staff. Helped with get the make and model I want. Worked with me coming from out of state and made sure I was happy with everything. Even gave my grandbaby a cute stuffed Subaru puppy. Thanks guys

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mark Miller Subaru. I bought a new car there at the end of 2017. The engine had smoking issues almost immediately. After 3-4 visits in which they had my car for weeks to a month each time over 3 years, the issue was not resolved (despite their assurances each time that it had been), and I suspect it was made worse. Eventually I moved and my warranty expired. My engine is still smoking among many other issues with the vehicle.

Had a great buying experience from them today. Very low-pressure, no surprises at the close, and an extremely fair price given the market. Salesman (Austin) was great to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The folks at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown are top notch professionals and super easy to work with. Our kiddo is away at college in Salt Lake and had some issues with their car. They diagnosed it, fixed the problem, were more than fair in pricing and processed warranty work speedily. They could not have been nicer for our family to work with. We are particularly grateful to Rachel Hixson and Tony Soria in the service department for their care and professionalism in doing the repair. We have also purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and have been treated with nothing but kindness, honesty, and professionalism on all fronts. We look forward to being long term Mark Miller Subaru customers!
