Received absolutely top drawer sales and service from the team at Makes and Models. Super Happy with all phases of my used automotive purchase - including the provisioning of documentation regarding the condition and provenance of the car and all associated documents to effect the out the door registration and delivery. The service department resources and the expertise and knowledge of the M & M mechanics and technicians is first rate. My faith has been restored that YES there is such a thing as honest prestige car sales personnel and YES there is such a thing as competent and fair prestige car service personnel. Five Stars to the personnel and sales-service charter and infrastructure at Makes & Models!!

Fantastic place to get repairs. If you have a luxury/European model car, this is the place to go to get it done right. I took my 1982 Mercedes Benz 380SL in to these guys when it was completely dead, and I thought I was upside down in repairs. Now, she drives perfect and I’m so glad to have my car back again. They even went above and beyond and fixed the latch in my driver door (this wasn’t even in the work order) because it wouldn’t open from the outside. The team was super responsive when I had questions, always was transparent with me, and even charged me a little less than the job cost. Truly awesome place to have your most precious vehicles serviced.

I really don't know where to begin. Our experience at Makes and models was definitely 5 stars. We weren't really in the market for a car. We went in just to see a car we saw online and by the next day we drove away in rhe car of our dreams. We were never pressured only helped to get just what we wanted. They know their cars and each one is special with choices that make it hard to choose. Not your regular car dealership! Drop in and take a look! The day we picked up our car.....just 24 hours start to finish was a special memory.

I have an issue with the sunroof in my Alfa Romeo. The guys at this shop were able to diagnose the problem and report that it won’t need a full replacement as I was lead to believe by the dealer.
They’re friendly and very professional.

I took my car in for Audi recommended 10,000 maintenance. Everyone was friendly, Harry was excellent to work with- they did a great job and even washed my car. I will definitely be returning for all my car service needs.

I took a car for a PPI, and the guys were all nice and welcomming! Eli was great. He got his tech on it and inspected everything according to that PPI. Appreciate the help guys especially when I called and explained my situation they didn't ask me to make an appointment because it was a PPI for a car that I wasn't owning by then? thanks guys!
