My doctor is Hanadi FarrukhShe’s been my doctor since the early 1990’s. She is excellent and has gotten me through many health issues. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she also cares about her patients.

Very unhappy with the doctor at Madsen clinic. She diagnosed me wrong and didn’t care what I had to say. She talked with my Son instead. I am an elderly patient and she suggested Alzheimer’s disease right off. She was so wrong. I now am treated differently by my Son.She is dangerous.This Doctor Michelle Sorweild can change one’s life. She diagnosed me quickly by a Cognitive test. I told her that I would not do well on the math part of the test. I freeze with math but with pin and paper I do well. Verbally I don’t.I assure you that I read, write, paint and take care of myself. She caused my Son to see me differently. My Son and I do not get along that well. I was high jacked .I may hire a lawyer because of how she has changed my life. This is very dangerous indeed.She also looked at an old brain MRI and said my brain had signs of an aneurysm.I told her that my brain did not look like a young brain but I function very well. This made her angry. Please carefully watch her because she can change lives forever.I have suffer great anguish over her hastily made diagnosis.

I get all of my care here and all of the providers I have seen have been super accommodating and insightful. The lab techs are always very good with the blood work and the pharmacy personnel are awesome and fast!

I have been going to the Madsen center for over ten years and everyone from checking in to seeing the dr (Dr.Ragle) have been nothing but ‘WONDERFUL’.

Two ladies that work at the front desk, are so polite and welcome. I enjoy scheduling any appts over the phone with them. However, they(no the two ladies tho) had me cancelling appts few times for no reason. Then, I gotta reschedule it again after a few weeks later.

Office is not run well. Getting new prescriptions and refills is a nightmare. Billed insurance incorrectly for my visit as well.

EXTREMELY WOULD RECOMMEND! Godly. That's all I gotta say. Loved every bit of it and have for a good while now. I only saw female staff while I was there and it just was such a loved warm environment. The only slight problem is one of the ladies doing the prescriptions seemed to be having a bad time or hard day, she wasn't happy and I felt bad for her. Otherwise though it was just gorgeous overall!!! EXTREMELY WOULD RECOMMEND!

I have to have a blood draw every Friday and I can quickly and easily get done at the 2nd floor ARUP lab. A quick, straightforward computer check in system or you can check in with an agent. It goes very fast. I've never waited more than a few minutes. The Phlebotomists are well trained and get the job done efficiently. I highly recommend this location not because of the cleanliness and great staff, it's the location. The hospital is still a hot mess on the road. Its worth it to not go up there. Madsen clinic is easy in, easy out. The Sugarhouse Clinic is also very busy but a good alternative to those of us in the Avenues and university area but for me, Madsen is the closest and best.

I used to love seeing Dr. Hastings because she was one of the few doctors I’ve encountered who believes in HAES but lately she’s just been so busy you can’t get into see her for like 7 months anytime you have an issue, she takes long amounts of time to reply to messages through my chart and never replies if she’s refilled a medication request so you have to call the pharmacy just to bother them to find out. A lot of it seems like it’s out of her control and like an issue with u of u but I’ve been frustrated that I’ve been struggling with excruciating pain for months and anytime I have needed to see her she can’t make any appointments for over half a year and you have to see someone else at a far away location to even get into a doctor or np and if you have questions or concerns half the time she tells you to schedule an appointment over something she could just answer over messages just to get more money out of you but then once again you can’t see her for 7 months. Anyways I’ll probably switch to granger medical soon.

I hardly ever leave reviews but decided to do for other people that might consider going to this place. If you are looking for a reliable and professional doctor please find someone else other than Dr. Richard Wolferz.

I had a great experience with Dr Josephine Fulmer and the nurses at the women’s center. They cared for me exceptionally and they were great at making me feel safe and heard. If you are looking for a women’s health doctor I highly recommend her. :)

My wife went in today for her gestational diabetes test and we were quite disappointed in the care we received at the lab. First she was given the incorrect drink for the test, then the girl totally forgot to draw her some of the labs her doctor ordered. There was a lot of giggling and socializing going on between the employees, all of the girls seemed very young and could perhaps use some more supervision, especially when working with pregnant patients who are already going through a lot. My wife is not good with blood tests and we are dreading having to go through this process again due to multiple errors that could have been prevented.
