I had a good experience at this store. Employees helped me find different styles and sizes. They also do alterations for free which was very nice. They helped with pinning. Also saw madewell does a trade in old jeans for $20 towards a new pair which I didn’t use, but I’d love to in the future to reduce waste

The store is very nice, all the people are very friendly, unfortunately, there were no people who could speak Spanish. Luckily, we knew a little bit of English, so that was what helped us.

Customer service was non existent. I was looking to try on and purchase a pair of shoes. I was never greeted when I walked in, and was was never asked if I needed help while I was walking around with a display shoe in my hand looking for my size. It wasn’t that busy and there were plenty of people working.

I can’t tell you enough how I love this store. The jeans are amazing but the people in the store are even better. I had a really hard day and went in to browse for jeans and all the the women working in the store were genuinely nice. I left the store feeling so much better all because of the fantastic customer service I received. Will be a regular customer now.

What a well-put together store. This Madewell is by far the best location I’ve been to. The staff is extremely helpful, their inventory and selection are always amazing, and the fitting rooms are tidy and in great shape.Caroline was the sweetest and she made my entire experience a delight.Two thumbs way up!!

Madewell fail. Called the store before making the trek from Park city. Asked for two shoes in a specific color and size. She said they were put aside for me. Arrived at the store to find the wrong colored shoes put aside. Furthermore, they didn’t even have the right color in stock. Why wouldn’t you tell me that over the phone? Waste of my time

Decent experience here. Employees were kind and helpful. My wife was asked several times if she needed any assistance or had any questions.Store was well lit and clean. Employees were moving around helping customers and restocking/folding merchandise.The Jean Bar is a good idea to quickly look over and compare jeans.
