I'm a facilities manager with 6 buildings of various ages. M-One is the only plumbing supply shop I've ever needed to stop by or call. They're extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It's always nice to pay them a visit.

I was referred to this store by another plumbing supplier. I was having issues with an old tub valve and they couldn't help me. From the street you'd have no idea that this was a store. But when I walked in I was greeted by Lou. I expected what was happening and he knew exactly what I needed. He helped me rebuild my value and expanded the reasoning for the issues and how it should be installed and why. The customer service I was given was 10/10. I'll be back to this place for another other needed parts or plumbing fixtures.

I really appreciated their willingness to look at my faucet problem. They looked at the parts I brought in, looked at the photos I had on my phone.. he said, “let me take a look in the back”.. and 3-4 min later .. he arrived with the exact replacement parts I needed!! Instructed me on how to do a proper swap out at home. And Problem Solved!! Saved me a ton of $! Highly recommend!!

What took me 4 unsuccessful visits to other stores in 2 states took my new 'Homies on the Run' T-shirt wearing friend less than 5 minutes to get me exactly what I needed. I now know where my first stop will be from now on. Great place, even better people.

I needed an unique part for my sillcock valve from the early 60s. Instead of buying a whole new valve, these guys had the exact little replacement part for me. Been working great for over a year now.

This is a great store to come for plumbing advice and parts.One side benefit of coming here are the old candy and pop machine. Definitely worth a visit just to see these!
